“Since I live in Edmonton, I can shop on-line as well as physically in the store. The minute you step in, the vive is so different from stores selling typical chemical products. All their staff are so pleasant and kind - Danielle who is in charge of correspondence is an angel. She is polite, service-oriented and understanding and if there are any issues, she tries to compensate generously so that I keep coming back again and again. On-line parcels arrive very quickly and they are more than generous with free samples. The way they wrap is divine and loving. Their awarding program is generous as well. I accumulate points in no time and get discounts very often. I might move out of this province, but I feel peace of mind knowing that I can keep shopping on-line.”

“I love the herbal tea that I ordered and the customer service is great! When I received my package it was beautifully wrapped but some of it was plastic which is specifically what I am trying to avoid when buying my teas loose. Overall, would order again but a little bit bummed out by the excess plastic.”
