“I was given the wrong product and didn't realize it until I was home and used very little of it. The next day I tried to exchange it for the correct colour. I was told I would have to come back on Monday when the boss was in. I am the caregiver for my Alzheimer husband so this is not so easily done. It was your companies mistake putting the wrong colour in the package and now you are punishing me for it. I have been a customer of yours for many years and have really been given the shaft.”

“You carry a wonderful supply of organic items, unique teas and health supplements. I appreciate being able to buy locally and support your business. “After I finished my previous magnesium, again I bought this 250 mg Magnesium Sisu brand at Optimum Health vitamin store. I like this store because they have all my needs in vitamins and minerals and other products I need. Plus, Optimum Health is located in my neighborhood, which is very convenient.”

“I wish I could remember the name of the associate helping me! She was so patient - I had lots of questions about the new eminence products and I can be so picky when choosing product. She was so kind & considerate of all my needs. She also helped me discover a new blush & concealer! Always loved the Jane iredale line but they came out with a new blush color and I am in awe. Thank you!”
