“I would have been a brand new customer to them, looking for a sugar waxing Brazilian done in April and I advised when booking I would be 7.5 months pregnant at that time. When I called this morning, I spoke to a gentleman, who booked me an appt for mid April. Then I received a call from a lady with a few hours advising that the day that was booked for me was wrong and there was no aesthetician available that day and advised there was someone there the day before the original booking and the following Monday that could help me. I advised her that I would call back to rebook. I decided to rebook online for the day before the original appointment. I got another call back from the same lady advising that that day I booked, the aesthetician working that day didn’t know how to do the sugar waxing on pregnant women. I was so disappointed with this as I rearranged my day around this second appointment I booked. I then decided to go back to the spa I normally get these types of services done through.”

“Optimum health is where I go when I need some cutting-edge or otherwise uncommon supplement that you will never find at the pharmacy, but I don’t want to get my wallet hosed by the health food store or ripped off on Amazon. Even if they don’t actually have the thing I’m looking for, they at LEAST know what I’m talking about. It’s so refreshing😁.”

“Chantelle was amazing. I have osteoporosis and do not want to take meds for it. She help me with supplements I should take and spent a lot of time with me, explaining what they do. So happy with my experience!!!! 5 stars for sure!!!!”

“I have been shopping at Optimum Health now for several years. They are my go-to store for my supplements and natural body and hair care. The staff are very knowledgeable and can suggest options. They are also quite friendly and so that's always nice too. In fact I was looking for a tinted face cream and the woman who helped me sent me home with samples first to ensure I had the proper colour match prior to purchase. Just all around great staff and service.”

“Good selection of products, some amazing things for sure. Love the swag bags as it’s a chance to try new products without buying full size and finding out they aren’t right for you. There are now several products in my regular purchase list that I found through a swag bag :) Thanks for providing healthy and safe products!”
