“The chocolates I ordered arrived soft, somewhat melted because they were mot shipped with cold packs to insulate them from the brutal Arizona heat. This company provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE by refunding my money, and informing me that they are not set up to ship chocolates with necessary insulation. I will definitely be a customer of this company in the future because of how they handled my disappointing experience.”

“This is the second time I have ordered a product and a different one from the same company was sent. When I called they said the one I ordered was no longer available. Both were shown as available on the site. I ordered the one I did because the ingredients were better for me.. also the expiration date was 6 months away.....I had a choice of 20% off and keep it or send it back.. I sent it back.”

“I'm from New Mexico, and live in Minnesota. They have the most reasonably priced small cans of hatch green chilies I can find. Plus they have the hot version. Here I can usually only find mild for three times the price. Thanks ORGANIKthings. I am glad I found you!”
