“Order never shipped or arrived. No response to emails and the customer service number doesn’t allow you to choose from the menu, it’s just a loop. Seems like I got scammed for $70.”

“Order doesn't arrive. Send 2 2mails get 2 automated responses. We'll get back to you. Never got back to me. Left a voice mail. Never got back to me. Had a monthly delivery. Canceled and use Amazon to get my product now. Poor customer service.”

“We ordered several items & were very pleased that one was sent immediately & arrived sooner than expected, with the other items following in a separate shipment that arrived within the promised time, despite the national shipping backups associated with COVID. We also were impressed that the items were efficiently packed & that the shipping materials used were mostly biodegradable, and that wasteful amounts of cushioning & extra packaging were not used.”

“Not only was I happy that I could buy the wonderful Vegan Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce from this company but when it arrived I was very very happy. Where I bought it before (Walmart) it arrived destroyed, really broken up. But the way that this company set up the boxes they were shipped in kept these 100% save! I'm very impressed at this company!”

“I love the product that I purchase but this last time there was a shipping problem. UPS said they delivered my items to my door which was NOT the TRUTH. Well after several emails and some assistance from Pay Pal, you have to prove you are not the lying thief before anything will happen, I finally got an email from a woman at ORGANIKthings saying my package has been returned to them they needed to verify my address - Jeez - I finally received my order about a month and 1/2 after I ordered, Oh yeah, and paid for it !!!! Great Products/ Lousy Shipping/ Slow Customer Service-but it all worked out !!! Never had any problems prior to this one.”
