“I never got my order. I did get someone else’s that I had to dispose of, but first I had to take photos of the incorrect order to prove I got it. By the time it was figured out my items were no longer available.”

“First time ordering from Organikthings. Rec'd a notice from Organikthings telling me my shipment was sent and I was provided a tracking number. After checking UPS for several days and being told that no such tracking number existed, I thought Organikthi gs must be a fraudulent business and my payment for this product was long gone by now. I contacted PayPal because I was unable to reach ORGANIKthings after many attempts. Two days after I involved PayPal, I got an email notifying me that UPS now is in possession of my package in their CA shipping center. After almost a week, I rec'd another notification that UPS was handing my package off to the USPS. It also showed my item to be expected to be delivered the next day. Low and behold...USPS never delivered my package but I rec'd notification that it was delivered to my mailbox. I went to my mailbox and NO package was in my mailbox! I called the 800 number for the USPS and found out the website address to report a missing package so I reported it missing. Several days later, on SUNDAY, my package turned up inside my mailbox. I haven't a clue how it go there or if the USPS or a neighbor may have put it in my mailbox had it been delivered to the wrong address. Needless to say, buying from Organikthings was a very stressful venture to say the least!!! I hope this is not the norm when purchasing thru Organikthings. It was one big stressful clusterfudge.”

“Experience has been horrible. Evidently the item was damaged by UPS when it arrived at my local terminal and was returned to sender and is sitting in Maspeth, NY. I have called, emailed, and texted Organikthings and cannot get any response or help in any form. Their system is totally automated and I am beginning to believe they are scamming me.”

“I ordered 6 bottles of live clean shampoo/ body wash combo and only received 4 bottles in my package. I have since tried to correct my order for over 2 weeks now with no resolution. I have sent 2 emails, left a voice message, and also sent a Facebook message to this company and still haven’t been contacted back from anyone to assist me in sending the 2 missing bottles I have been charged for. This company appears to have very poor communication, and makes it impossible to speak to anyone if you have an issue with your order. If I am not contacted by someone from this company within the week to fix my incorrect order, I plan to report this company to my credit card company for fraud.”

“The product is wonderful. I have been a repeat customer and will continue to purchase the dried figs. What concerns me is the packaging of my last order of figs. The last order was loosely packaged and my dozen containers of figs were scattered in the box. No visible damage to the box but the figs definitely had a rough ride. Should in the future there be a problem with containers bursting inside the box, I do not want the hassle of returning the order and dealing with that mess!”

“I am very happy with the product but 3 of the jam jars I ordered arrived cracked and the first time I reached out to the company, they never responded. The second time, they responded, once I threatened to retract my payment, but they never followed up with me. They said they are having issues with their email so I will give them one more shot otherwise I would not use this company.”

“The individual packaging of the products I ordered was completely demolished (boxes torn along the entire seam, one obviously previously opened), and were packaged neatly in paper in the box containing my shipment. While I am happy it was not just thrown in the garbage, the information on the page did not reflect this is what I would be getting, nor did the price of the items. I reached out for a return or exchange over a month ago and still have not received a reply. Took a chance on this site but it turned out to be a scam.”

“I received a damaged package (broken bottles) and expected a refund. I have not heard from customer service after filing the complaint for 3 weeks. This is not a very good shopping experience for the first-time buyer. Overall the products are good. Poor packaging is a big issue for mail orders. I will not recommend ordering Lucini Olive Oil/ Vinegar from ORGANIKthings.”

“I am still trying to get them to send an order that I placed well over a month ago. It took them 3 weeks to send only part of my order, and the rest still hasn't been shipped. Customer service doesn't do much. Definitely avoid this company.”

“I placed my 1st order with this company in January. It’s now March & only 1/2 of my order arrived. No shipping/tracking notification was sent, so it appears it was never shipped. I’ve emailed but never get a response. I tried to contact by phone, but it’s impossible to reach a human. Texted as their message said to do, still no response. I now have to go through my credit card co to get a refund. Save yourself headaches & avoid this company.”

“3 weeks after they took my payment, I have not heard from them. They have not responded to email and do not answer the phone. Their initial email response does not contain an order number. It seems to me they are a fraud.”
