We have a 6 sensor pack and 4 sensors work well most of the time but the other 2 we have had trouble with. Oricom replaced the 2 that were not working but the new ones are not working as well. We have them on our Motorhome which has 6 wheels but only 2 axles and the 2 that don't work are on the Outside wheels on the rear axle.

Called them up because the charging doc wasn’t charging, the lady I spoke to was very pleasant and said she’d post on out. My new charging doc arrived within 4 days. Great service

The service provided was both fast and friendly. It was very easy to speak with someone on the phone and they were very helpful and supportive. After sending back our item for repair, they returned it to us in a matter of days.

I had a warranty issue with a radio mic. 3 years old. I rang through they asked a few questions and for a copy of the invoice. Within the week I had the new mic delivered to my door. Very happy!

Really good, unfortunate that we needed a replacement but both times, oricom customer support has been extremely useful and supportive and dealing with them has been one of my best warranty experiences yet.

The Consultant Janet was very efficient, she guided me through the programming of the TPMS10 as one of the sensors failed the original programming. Once finished the unit was working correctly.
