“Service over phone was good but the product bad. I brought the DR350 from Supercheap and it didn't work properly then Supercheap gave me another one of the same and i had the same issue. I then brought a Uniden and not a problem.”

“Oricom service was excellent. Camera is very easy to set-up and use. I use it to hook up to the van, backing the van up the driveway. Even used it as a rear Camera on the van when I forgot to put my side mirror extensions on. Battery lasts a long time. Picture quality is good. Highly recommended this product.”

“I purchased A uhf from ebay from your store. Communication from eBay was slow and for some reason you were not able to view the photos I sent from the ebay platform. Once I called the support team directly on the phone my issue was fixed immediately The mount screws were missing from My uhf pnp.”

“When it came to my TPMS system having some issues, I called and the person was so helpful and talked me through some trouble shooting. After this and issue still there, they arranged for me to pick up a new system from where I was, across the other side of the country in Exmouth. The people in Exmouth were also friendly and helpful. The most professional and personal experience when it came to warranty claims. Highly recommend Oricom. Thank you Rob”

“Bought TPMS, had 3 sensors leak air in 3 months. Contacted Oricom and their support was amazing. They ended up replacing the whole system and so far haven't had any more issues.”
