“Your outlet in Taree has always been extremely helpful and has assisted me on many occasions. On contacting Oricom International in Sydney, they were helpful and replaced my"Wake and shake " clock which was not operating on battery power. This arrived promptly this morning. This is the only alarm that will wake me without wearing my hearing aids. Thank you all for your prompt assistance. Yours faithfully, Mary Smith”

“I have several Oricom products, which I rate highly. I have also been really happy with Oricom's excellent customer service. I've contacted them by phone more than once; and each time, I get a human on the other end, who has resolved my question or issue over and above expectations in a courteous and pleasant interaction. This is rare these days, and increases my confidence in the company and their products.”

“The service from janet was very helpful. We ascertained that there was a fault with the unit and as such Janet dispatched a new one which should be here within the nexrt couple of days. I will ring again once I have programmed the new unit.”

“Customer service was excellent. I rang up. Explained what was going on. Was given a return number. Faulty unit was Still in warranty and was replaced without no questions asked. Very happy satisfied with the unit and all the service. Thank you. AA ++”

“Excellent help! Purchased Oricom product external from direct company. Had an issue after first use, turned out to be user error. customer support contacted me from Oricom within a day of requesting help, fixed problem over phone. Highly recommend ❤️💕”

“Thank you Oricom you were very helpful,returned my email enqiry promptly and when I didn't fully understand the instructions to fix my problem I made a phone call and you were more than helpful and walked me through the instructions I was given in the email and was an easy fix,thanks again pity more companies weren't as helpful to their customers,happy to give credit where credit is due 👍👍”
