“Orranje customer service skills are first class and have no issues at all, However the Leap omicron r53 bonnet scoop was very dissapointing and quality control by leap is poor sending out such bad quality, orranje did their best to resolve issues but sadly never buying a leap product again and will never recommend them to anyone after test fitting 2 of their scoops, but will use orranje again as not their fault”

“Website, service and communication all worked seamlessly. Very happy with these aspects and I would use OPL again. If i had one grumble it was that an insurance flyer card had been included in the package but some of the print and paper surface of the card had come off and glued itself to the nice shiny sticky surface of the wiper delete. I was going to send it back but i managed to wet the offending items and carefully remove them without damaging the wiper delete surface or the sticky backing. A piece of plastic or wax paper sandwiching the delete would have prevented this. It was minor and won't stop me using OPL again. thanks graham”

Hi, Thank you for your review. In regards to fitting instructions, some manufacturers do include them for their products, but others such as the R53 FTT gearbox repair bracket which you purchased, unfortunately do not include them. However when offering the bracket up to your broken gearbox bracket, and referencing the product images, it should be pretty self explanatory as to how it fits and replaces the missing / broken pieces. “G-Wing. After months and months of wanting an Orranje G-Wing I finally gave in and bought one. £350 doesn't sound like too much money when it comes to car parts but when I opened the package and checked out the build quality of the wing I was unimpressed. Now I was one of the unlucky ones who had to sand down the wing to make it fit right... It still didn't fit how I'd like it. Upon installing it, the wing looks great but due to the bad fitting it can look weird close up. Great product and looks very nice. I just wish the Wing was either cheaper or made better.”

Hi Jake, We are sorry that you felt this way about the Orranje G-Wing. We have sold thousands of these over the years, and our continued improvements ensure that the Orranje G-Wing is the highest quality GP style spoiler on the market. During our discussions with you, you shared a photo showing that the rivnuts hadn't been installed correctly, and we believe that this may be a contributing factor to the wing not sitting 100%. As we have advised, if you re-set the rivnuts into the bootlid, ensuring they are fully locked in position, this will ensure the spoiler sits correctly on your boot lid. “I purchased the Leap PSI rear spoiler for R60 Countryman and I love it! It was a little difficult to get it to fit properly as it was slightly warped but it still looks great on the car.”

“15253437074466 R53 pully belt tool - fast shipment and a substantial tool, very well made. Just could do with the pin to hold 'open' the pulley, other than that excellent advice as always.”

We are looking to offer a locking tool with our belt tool, but for the time being we sell it as just the belt tool to keep costs down for the end customer - most people use an allen key or small screwdriver as a locking tool.
