Hi Harry, Sorry to hear that one of the spacers had a dent on it. We check all items before we pack them, so we can only assume it occurred during shipping to you. I'm sorry about this. As we note in our tracking emails, we do ask that customers contact us first if there are any issues with orders, as we will always do our best to rectify them. Hi Alessandro, Thank you for the review. In regards to the comment about the adaptor being wrong, this is because you purchased an intake for the LCI F56 MINI, whereas your car is the pre-LCI F56 MINI. One of the differences between the pre-LCI and LCI F56 MINI, is the MAF adaptor, which is why the intake didn't fit your car. When you advised us that you had purchased the wrong intake, we assisted in sourcing the correct adaptor for your car, and this piece is now being manufactured especially for you, and will be shipped as soon as it ready. “Orranje customer service skills are first class and have no issues at all, However the Leap omicron r53 bonnet scoop was very dissapointing and quality control by leap is poor sending out such bad quality, orranje did their best to resolve issues but sadly never buying a leap product again and will never recommend them to anyone after test fitting 2 of their scoops, but will use orranje again as not their fault”

“Website, service and communication all worked seamlessly. Very happy with these aspects and I would use OPL again. If i had one grumble it was that an insurance flyer card had been included in the package but some of the print and paper surface of the card had come off and glued itself to the nice shiny sticky surface of the wiper delete. I was going to send it back but i managed to wet the offending items and carefully remove them without damaging the wiper delete surface or the sticky backing. A piece of plastic or wax paper sandwiching the delete would have prevented this. It was minor and won't stop me using OPL again. thanks graham”

Hi, Thank you for your review. In regards to fitting instructions, some manufacturers do include them for their products, but others such as the R53 FTT gearbox repair bracket which you purchased, unfortunately do not include them. However when offering the bracket up to your broken gearbox bracket, and referencing the product images, it should be pretty self explanatory as to how it fits and replaces the missing / broken pieces.
