“Attention. Impossible de retourner les chaussures. 5 mails sans réponse pour recevoir l'adresse de retour en Chine. Le tel ne répond pas. J'ai acheté Chaussures marche à enfiler. Gris/ 40 La semelle est dure et fait mal pour mes pieds douloureux. Le bout de la chaussure est douloureux aussi. La taille est trop grande. Attention avant d'acheter. 46€ perdu. Diane B. France”

“The insoles are great, but the shoes stink. ordered a pair for myself and wife, when we opened the boxes the chemical smell was overwhelming, we had to put them out side over night and it still didnt get all the smell out. The shoes are the cheapest thing i have ever bought. my feet felt like i was wearing my shoes untied and when i pull the laces tight it didnt help. Very disappointed i have read lots of reviews about how good these shoes are but i think its the insole people like. The shoe itself is walmart quality and we are very unhappy, going to send back.”

“These shoes felt like concrete blocks on my feet. They were clumsy and uncomfortable to walk in. In addition, the inside was rough and the tops of my feet began hurting within a few minutes. I tried to leave a review on the Orthofeet website but you can only read five-star reviews. I tried to contact them, but my emails were unanswered. On a positive side, they refunded my money with no hassles and provided a prepaid shipping label. I did appreciate that.”

“My son paid $125 for the sneakers they worked OK for the first two months then they stretched out all over they don’t even hold my feet in. They give a 60 day moneyback guarantee or exchange and I know why. Because after two months they’re garbage, and they don’t stand behind their product after 60 days so beware they’re not worth the money by any means. He wanted to buy me a different type of sneaker I talked him into buying me these and I’m very sorry that I did”

“I love my new walking shoes! I have found relief from the arthritic pain in my toes ankles, and back . I plan on wearing them when I walk up the hills of San Francisco later this year. I'm so grateful to Orthofeet for making shoes that are comfortable and well made. .”

“I purchased the Coral shoes extra wide women's. I did get shoes with all the extra things they give. I wore shoes for two days standing and walking. Had extreme back pain. These stated that they'd alleviate back pain and knee pain. These shoes didn't do that. While they didn't hurt my feet, even though my toe rubbed against the shoe they sure didn't help my standing or walking. I am returning and won't buy another pair.”

“This company says on their site that your order will be shipped out in 48 hrs from the time it's placed. Well, that was 5 weeks ago & l still didn't get my sneakers. These shoes come from China & are shipped to a distribution center in NJ. l wish l would have looked into that before ordering. I was hornswoggled by their site saying items ship out in 48 hrs assuming it was state side. My fault for not reading reviews first.”

“bought sneakers, comfortable shoes until the cheap velcro stopped working ,contacted these people and was told the velcro wears out out and i was on my own,further contact said they will reimburse me if i can find a cobbler that will fix the problem ,well good luck finding a cobbler,will never buy from this bunch again .”

“Only one shoe made it out of the box. A 120 some dollar shoe, and you can tell they were made in China. Incredibly cheap quality, crappy plastic arch support, and the insoles we just the worst. We sent them back the same day. If we are going to pay that kind of money, we'll go pay for a pair of Brooks, New Balance, Sketchers, or something else well made from the Good Feet Store. We feel duped by the ad, and the last time we'll buy something like this without being able to look at it first.”

“Just got my order after a few times of having to re contact them love them so far shoelaces are to short as someone else said I also only received one of the arch boosters for left shoe so I hope they send me one for my right footsise51/2 widemy heals already feel better thank you”

“I have not had any interactions with customer service and returns as yet, but delivery is via FEDEX and expedient. I do have a concern over cheap materials, i.e. plastic zippers on boots and the insole pads which tend to crush after a month or two of wear. Why is Orthofeet not using metal zippers in their products? Broken zippers cause shoes to fail necessitating repair.”

“1: Had a great experience with 1st pair (after 2 days). Ordered a 2nd pair. 2. By the time 2nd pair arrived, 1st pair had "lost" their appeal????? 3. Tried 2nd pair....not at ALL worth what I paid. 4. Called "Return" and spoke with "Diana"...very rude. Will return and go to OrthoFeets' major competitor.”

“I have sandals. They have comfortable soles, soft and good for plantar fascitis but I feel like they run small. They are short in length compared to other shoes of this size. My foot goes to the front and since you can't adjust them there is nothing you can do. They have velcro across the front and the back but they are not adjustable because there is another strap underneath which is solid. When I wear them awhile I feel like my feet are swollen-- they are tight. I took them to my friend who has neuropathy and they were so tight she couldn't wear them. I wish I would have seen the 60 day guarentee and I would have sent them back! I got them last year. I would not recommend them. Disappointed for the price, delivery good.”

“As far as comfort, the slippers that I got to alleviate my plantar fasciitis are among the most comfortable I've ever owned. They are truly like walking on a cloud. As far a customer service, it took a couple of times (and one instance of rude treatment by Zack) before I finally found a wonderful supervisor named Chris who got my order right.”

“I had my first pair of shoe and the sizes are inconsistent despite using the spacers, I had issues. Decided to do a second with half size Down, and it was not comfortable. My second pair on my first wear, the tip of the started to break up and crumble off. So embarrassing. It's not cheap and was quite disappointing now I have a shoe and cannot wear it I really have painful feet and was looking forward for relief.”

“I don't do a lot of online shopping- especially for shoes as I have too many foot problems to mention- but I cannot say enough about this company and their products. I don't write reviews about what I do purchase online, but I had to reach out and thank them as shoe shopping for me is traumatic! Not inexpensive, but beautifully well made. I purchased a pair of Emma boots that fit me perfectly, and so very comfortable! They included inserts that ensured that perfect fit. Delivery was fast, perfectly packaged, and I am so grateful!!
