“We ordered a standing spray for our very dear friend ,Tom Nantsios,, from Florida where we live, It is very hard to order something when you are so far away. And they told me that it was exceland.. We dealed with Pavel , who was extremely helpful. Thank you again Dimitris and Maro Pasvantis Hollywood , Florida”

“Our grandpa had terminal cancer and was in the last few weeks of life. We ordered flowers to deliver to his home on Mondays, knowing he didn't have many weeks left. He suddenly took a turn for the worst and was admitted to the hospital on a Friday evening. I called the night of, almost at closing time, and the person over the phone reassured me they'd get the flowers to him at the hospital by the next day - first thing - knowing he might not make it through the weekend. There was no extra charge or fuss - just sincerity and compassion. I'll never forget how reassuring it was to know he'd have some sunshine delivered to him in the last few days of his life. He passed away three days after being admitted to the hospital.”

“Ottawa Flowers was able to take my order over the phone and easily customize the order of a boutineer and small vase with matching orchids in a desired colour that was not shown on the website. The message to the recipient looked beautiful and was as instructed and the delivery happened perfectly. I was able to order the flowers and they were delivered in only a couple of hours. The recipient was delighted and the quality and arrangement of the flowers was beautiful. Thank you very much Ottawa Flowers.”

“My daughter lives in Ottawa and I am in Calgary. It was her birthday so wanted to send her something nice. Ottawa flowers were so helpful. They took my order on the phone and made sure they added my daughters favourite flowers Gerber daisies. Great service”
