“My Fiancee and I were married this past Sunday, April 10/22. So fortunate to have found Pavel at ottawaflowers to look after our floral needs. When we first met with Pavel, he was prepared, knew his product, listened to our needs, made suggestions, (but NEVER tried to upsell us on what we didn't want or need). We met twice to review the sample arrangements that he had prepared. Everything was itemized and final price was given to us on the spot. What a pleasant surprise, as price per item and total was substantially lower than others had quoted us. At our final meeting one month before the "big day", we met with Pavel one final time to review our expectations and timelines. Pavel gave us his personal cell number and told us he could be reached anytime right up to the wedding date, and that he would pop-in to ensure everything was done right! Boy, he wasn't kidding. Pavel personally delivered and set up both our ceremony room, and reception hall. Not only did he deliver what he promised, he exceeded what we thought we asked for and he added more. We were completely blown away, as were our guests, hotel staff, and photographer. My soon to be wife was overwhelmed with emotion! THANK YOU Pavel! We still get emotional over what you were able to put together for us. We were impressed with your professionalism on day one, and grew to admire you at the finish! Dawn and Sergio”

“I called this store on Sat morning from my home in NS. They advised how I could complete the order online in order to save delivery charges. My daughter, who had surgery on Thursday, received the comfort basket approx 2 hours later. She said it was beautiful and the goodies are delicious. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s day plus the excellent service with the phone staff and ensuring that she received the basket on the same day. A+”

“My first time dealing with Ottawa Flowers, very easy online service, and flowers and delivery were exactly as promised. I would have preferred you ring doorbell as opposed to tapping on door.. thankfully a neighbour called and told me someone had left flowers on the front steps. I got them before they froze, and they are Beautiful, my wife loved them. I will use you again for any occasion.”
