I still haven't received my reel. AusPost seems to have sent it to St Helens Tassie and I live in Glen Iris Vic. However, I expect a nice reel, spooled with nice line, when (if) it gets here. Rating above is for postal service not Ottos

Bought a $550 nomad design off shore rod. Item was poorly packaged for such a pricey fragile item, item arrived poking out of the triangle boxes.

I have been waiting to receive my fishing rod since the 22nd of July 2021 and today is the 30th of July 2021 and I still haven't received the rod. Hopeless delivery couriers they use called shipping.

Until today i havent got my stuff yet, i called 4 times and did not receive further assistance on when and what happen to the stuff i order.

Ordered a new rod, reel and a rod tube on the 11th of June, with special instructions to put the rod inside the tube (which is the only reason I bought the tube). After 2 weeks of no movement (no status change online) I sent 2 emails and received no reply at all. I called and managed to get hold of someone who apologised and said that they forgot to print the order slip and said the will express ship it immediately ( fair enough, accidents happen). Another 2 days pass without a status change, so I call them again to ask what is going on, to which they inform me that in the meantime they had sold the rod I had already paid for, and will have to wait for new stock to arrive before the order can be shipped and as a gesture of good will would throw a fly in as well. It finally arrived on the 1st of July within 2 days of leaving the shop. But that was without the bonus fly and with the rod BESIDE the rod tube in a half crushed cardboard box. When spending $1047 on an order I would hoped for a little more care in the order and at least to read and follow my delivery instructions.

Sent me the wrong item. Now they want me to buy new packaging. Go to a post office print off a label and send it back. The reason you buy stuff online is so you can save time and not need to go anywhere.

Ordered an item, was dispatched quickly, however upon arrival discovered it wasn’t the correct item I ordered. I have returned the item back to the store and now waiting for whenever the item I originally ordered to show up.

Ordered and paid extra for express shipping. Order was not process till 2 days after ordered and didn't arrive till 5 days after ordered. Going to go back to motackle from now on
