About Outback Equipment:

Outback Equipment was born from a couple of mates with a big idea and an even bigger love for the outdoors. What started in the back of a garage quickly moved to a warehouse corner and now, over 10 years later, we’re running our own full-scale warehouse and showroom storefront in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

We kicked off with a fascination for light bars, but it didn’t take long to realise there was a lot more gear to get excited about. Outback Equipment has since grown into one of the largest online ranges of 4x4, camping, marine, and caravanning accessories in Australia. Driven by our customers’ passion for exploring the great outdoors, we’ve expanded our space, our range, and our mission.

The roof rack I ordered arrived damaged and unusable, I’ve had to delay my work trip with no confirmation of when this will be rectified, I will think twice before using outback equipment.

Outback equipment failed to ship my items within 3 weeks of purchase. It took a further few weeks of stalling by their customer service personnel before I managed to get a refund. Re-Ordered my items direct off the OEM and they were on my doorstep in 2 days. Will never use outback again.

Company should give refunds when incorrect battery supplied for maglite and correct battery not available. Shouldn't be forced to use in store credit on unwanted products. This will obviously affect my future use of your services as don't want in store credits again.pity as would have gone with your company otherwise Regards Tomas ps next question asked how long it took to gain refund is this possible as wasn't advised this

Hi Ordered a plug and play trailer light kit.Received it, fitted it and the lefthand indicator didnt work. Contacted your office and received an email outlining what was required from my end. I did what I was required and replied to that email on the 10 june. Have rang since then but still waiting on an anwser. Regards Colin Machin

I take ages to respond. All phone numbers unattended. Received the same faulty item back after waiting for the "replacement delivery" I will be lucky to get what I paid for??? After this Martyrium is over, I will never ever look at this "company" Special thanks to Joel.

Product was good as was the delivery time and cost but you were let down by the courier company you used. I've had two deliveries now to our apartment where we were waiting and on both occasions the delivery driver didn't bother to ring our doorbell to let us know the package had arrived but lazily just propped it next to the main entrance door and left. This means both packages, of considerable value, were left in an extremely exposed and insecure location. Not only that there were specific instructions as to where to leave the package if we were not home which the driver couldn't be bothered reading. I suggest in future you do not allocate any further business to Couriers Please. Regards, Brian
