“Their insurance is a scam. My package came smashed and the ammo was all over in the box and I had to fight like hell just to get them to agree to return it. Their response was “it should still work” and made me out to be the bad guy for not wanting to separate all the rounds from the packing peanuts and store them in a ziplock.”

“Order was received short the .458 ammo. Called the warehouse and spoke with a gentleman who sounded helpful, and asked about the handwritten "out of stock" on the packing slip, and he said they "oversold" the product. He also said that the price of the .458 ammo would be refunded within 5 working days. Got the refund today, but would much preferred the ammo. The rest of the order was great.”
