“The wrong order was sent to my house not the end of the world. I sent outdoor limited a email and was emailed back a link to their system and told it would be 5 to 7 days to get a response. So I put in info and pics as requested. On day 6 or 7 I call and was sent to voicemail I left a message. I received a email asking me if I would be willing to ship wrong order to the right place if they sent me a shipping label. I said I would but wanted to know what would be done for me for my inconvenience no response. I sent a second email offering to buy the wrong order at about a 50% discount plus buy my order and was told that could not be done. At this point it’s been 2 weeks and I have no resolution. I sent a email saying that it someone did not respond in the next few days I would contest the payment. I decided that the orders were close in price in their favor so I would take the loss. Someone finally call me at the time I requested witch was great but the customer service was terrible and when I told them I was going to keep the order they informed me that they would call the police and report it as stolen. So will never do business with them again. Was a long time customer and first concern I had they put themselves first will not regard for my time and money loss at the time of this review I still have no ammo or my money refund.”

“Took them two weeks to ship my order and they only shipped after I emailed them inquiring about it. Package came damaged with ammo boxes split open and rounds loose it the box. Do your self a favor and buy from somewhere else.”
