“I purchased a case of 22LR which was delivered by FedEx. They dropped the box at street-side, 200 feet in front of our home. Anyone could have picked up the box unseen. Usually deliveries are made to our doorstep. Only by chance did I see the box.”

I immedently reached out to your customer service and asked that they be combined to qualify for the free shipping and was told no. I hope the $30 i paid in shipping was worth the cost of a customer to you as i will not purchase from your company every again as i told your customer service rep after being denied my very simple request.”

“Order placed 3 weeks ago was damaged/lost in shipping. Asked to have the order re-shipped, but customer service replied that it's not possible. Oh, and they won't process my refund until they settle their claim with UPS. No ammo, no offer to find an alternative (assuming it was out of stock) and holding up my money because of their problem (Shipping is the burden of the seller). Only providing feedback because you asked for it. At the moment, I'm not a happy customer.”
