“Received an order that was not mine….my order went to the person whose order I did receive. Where is quality assurance in this mess? Subsequently asked to attach a prepaid label to his box and ship it….why was a pickup not immediately scheduled? I took that box to FedEx the next day after receiving it and got a receipt…..now the customer becomes responsible!! So my box got shipped to me sometime the following week….i was not given a tracking number….even asked for one but that did not happen. Even got mocked by Cody about taking the “monkey off of their back”. This was ammunition. Not even a follow up after the package finally got to me withe the correct content….how do you mistake a case of Italian birdshot for my order of 7mm and 6.5 mm center fire ammunition??? Not even a follow up and/or an apology. It was finally corrected with the help of both customers……at least a satisfactory ending.”

Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize once again for the error with your initial order. Regarding our previous communication, our first response included an apology and an assurance that we would resolve the matter. There also appears to be a misunderstanding concerning your correspondence with Cody. He contacted you after hours on a Friday to coordinate a pickup. As he noted, FedEx does not schedule pickups during the weekend, and he committed to finalizing the arrangements first thing Monday morning. However, since you chose to drop the package off yourself on Friday evening, the tracking information was provided only on your personal receipt. We do not receive tracking details automatically when a package is dropped off manually by a customer. Cody is a dedicated professional, and we found no evidence of him treating your situation with anything but urgency. He provided his personal cell phone number specifically to assist you outside of standard business hours. While our warehouse made a mistake for which we have apologized, we hoped the direct support provided would have led to a more satisfactory resolution. We are sorry to hear you remain displeased.

“Fast shipping, competitive pricing and a very reasonable minimum purchase amount for free shipping. My go to for .223/5.56 and 9mm. Really likely that they don't try and game you by only having low CPRs on certain round counts, and then limiting you to only being able to purchase one unit at that price like a lot of the other discount sites do.”
