“Imediately following entering my order, I tried to cancel, as I found a much cheaper ammo. When contacting customer service, they said my order could not be canceled as it was already in shipment. Less than 10 minutes, doubt it. Just there way of not allowing any cancelations, nor did they offer to match the cheaper price I had found.”

“The shells are great and I have already used some of them. My order was shipped out in a timely manner, but my shells went from N.C. to Colorado, to Iowa, to Georiga, then to S.C.. A 4 to 5 hour ride took 8 days.”

“It would go a long way if outdoor limited would wrap ammo in a waterproof bag, as other stores do. My package showed up wet from some event in transit (not being delivered in precipitation). And after many photos, outdoor limited said it doesn't "look" like the ammo was damaged. I got a $5 store credit for ammo I can't trust and have to use at the range only. Not great experience after having been a customer for many years and thousands spent.”
