“hi guys, the delivery was dropped on the floor in the lobby of my building. it broke the boxes of 22lr. they wer loose in the main box. i called and let someone at outdoor know this. i put them in containers, brought them out to the range and found that some of them had been damaged from the impact, leaving me with a couple of containers full of inconsistent ammo. it's just 22lr, and it's the shipping company that caused the problem. however, the boxes were very heavy and it's easy to imagine that the delivery person dropped them on the floor willingly. all said, i like your company and you do a good job with my orders. too bad i can't just use this format to send this message. i now have to rate with stars. not what i wanted to do. thanks k”

“Very poor service, i followed the exact instructions when i received damaged ammo and many images for the claim, and i was told i will hear back when my claim is approved. After two months of waiting i had to reach out myself since they forgot about me, and i was told that my claim has been approved they just didnt bother to tell me, then they wouldnt honor the claim thats already approved because they requested more images two months after the incident as if i still had the damaged package for that long. Awful experience and will definitely shop elsewhere for my ammo”

While we previously noted that the FedEx claim process can take up to 30 days, we acknowledge that although communication began on March 27th, the claim was not finalized until May 5th. This delay occurred because our team was seeking specific clarification from FedEx regarding the exact count of damaged rounds required to approve the claim. Based on the documentation provided, we identified two damaged rounds and damage to the ammunition packaging. As our policy provides refunds for the ammunition itself rather than the boxes, we requested additional details to proceed. During this process, you indicated your intent to dispute the matter through your bank. We also extended an offer of store credit, which remains available for your consideration. Our goal was to resolve this matter as efficiently as possible within the carrier's requirements. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the transit damage and the subsequent delay.

“I'm not sure about all weapons but this ammo does not run in a Smith & Wesson 22 Magnum pistol. Jammed, failed to eject, or failed to load on almost every shot. It's lkely okay to use in revolvers or bolt action rifles.”

“I found surprising competative prices on several different calibers in different quantities. This on top of free shipping and a very low shipping insurance (can't do anything about sales tax).
