“I was very happy with the service at Outdoor limited i called call was answered quickly agent was friendly and helpful. But my order was lost couldn't be replaced (out of stock) I. end up buying elsewhere at a premium for expedited delivery not a great overall experience”

Yes, the package was lost by Fedex and we had to provide you with a full refund as the item had sold out since you had placed your order.
