“Live in Nevada and this ammunition wasn't available however Outdoorlimited had it they quickly processed my payment and shipped the ammunition to me. Very pleased with the whole transaction.”

“After receiving my order, discovered that part of the order was incorrect. Contacted Cody, filled out the form and shipped the incorrect ammo back. Thaey received wrong ammo on 11/22/25. Today is 12/8/25 and I still haven't received my refund. Also I had to travel to a FedEx Ground station in W. Palm Beach as FedEx store would NOT accept live rounds. It took 3 hours and 67 miles round trip to accomplish that. Cody refused to reimburse me for expense due to their mistake. I don't recommend anybody using this company based on my experience.”

“I have used Outdoor Limited for the past two years now and it has been a great experience every time. Very good prices and free shipping on orders over $200 is unbeatable!! Ammo is very heavy and is not uncommon for the package to arrive in very precarious condition, Ripped off packaging tape, broken corners of cardboard box, and even open along one of the sides, but so far the ammo count has been correct. Perhaps "Fragile" tape will help, so FEDEX would treat the package more carefully. Would, and I have, recommend to everyone.”

“Ordered some boxes of a limited edition series of ammunition for dispaly purposes. One of the three boxes was damaged, making it unsuitable for display. Outdoor Limited told me to read their terms and conditions, and they refused to do anything to correct the situation. I had the same issue with other retailers that resulted in a full refund for the damaged box in one case, and replacement of the damaged boxes at no cost to me in the other.”
