“First purchase cancelled automatically without telling me. I had to order again. Pretty annoying as I had no idea. Second order was standard I guess. No real notification that it was delivered so I didn’t know when it was coming. No delivery date was listed only that it shipped. Overall pretty mediocre experience.”

“I purchased a case of 22LR which was delivered by FedEx. They dropped the box at street-side, 200 feet in front of our home. Anyone could have picked up the box unseen. Usually deliveries are made to our doorstep. Only by chance did I see the box.”

“I made 2 purchases within 15 minutes of each other totaling more than $200 to qualify for the free shipping Black Friday special. I immedently reached out to your customer service and asked that they be combined to qualify for the free shipping and was told no. I hope the $30 i paid in shipping was worth the cost of a customer to you as i will not purchase from your company every again as i told your customer service rep after being denied my very simple request.”
