“The bag containing the order of 500 9mm rounds was broken inside the shipping box. The rounds were all loose inside the UPS box. Your shipping charge is always significant and the order should not arrive in such a condition.”

“#2057323 PLACED AN ORDER IN OCT, 40% OF THE AMMO SENT WAS WRONG. THEY WERE IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED OF THEIR ERROR, I FOLLOWED ALL THE STEPS FOR RETURN, AND THE AMMO RETURNED BY FEDEX AND RECEIVED BY THE COMPANY ON OCT 17TH. I THOUGHT THEY WOULD SENT ME THE CORRECT AMMO BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR, BUT NOT SO. I ASKED FOR THE REFUND TO BE POSTED TO MY CREDIT CARD AND WAS INFORMED THAT IT WOULD TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. WHO TAKES 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO REFUND AN ORDER WHEN THE COMPANY WAS AT FAULT. BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A PRIORITY TO MAKE IT RIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER. I HAVE SPOKE ON THE PHONE AND ALSO BY EMAIL WITH C__Y, EVERYONE WAS NICE BUT NO ACTION. IT HAS NOW BEEN 16 FULL BUSINESS AND NO REFUND ON MY CARD. THE REVIEW RAITING ON THEIR WEB SITE FOR A RETURN IS "DIFFICULT". EVEN WHEN THE COMPANY IS IN ERROR THEY MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK---WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT? AS OF NOV 11, STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. MIKE”

Outdoor Limmited did strap the package with plastic bands that saved the box from distruction. Everything was good inside. I will order aigan they had a very good selection of ammo.”
