“They said they give me free shipping if I entered their newsletter. They gave me a code but I didn't see where you put the code in so I went ahead and clicked it thinking that it was going to ask for the code on the next step and it went right to purchase I emailed them let them know I wasn't happy and they pretty much said oh well your loss.”

“The order arrived timely but the contents were destroyed, box was shredded and all the ammo rolling around in the shipping box. No plastic trays for ammo either? Everything else was good.”

“I am satisfied with the packaging when you are delivering. However, if you are going to charge me extra so that I can have it signed for upon delivery I would like it if you would guarantee that the Postal Service that you were utilizing actually follows through with what I am paying for. When the Postal Service that you guys elected to utilize delivered my package they just left it on the doorstep. The reason that I won’t sign for upon delivery is because, I live in a neighborhood full of drug attic thieves who steal anything they can find. Period.”

“I'd recommend wrapping the boxes in a little bit of plastic because the cardboard boxes get shredded while being shipped.”

“Overall these rounds are pretty accurate, When they fire. As of right now ive shot 60 rounds of the 140 i bought. 6 of those 60 have been failure to fire. I have NEVER run into this issue EVER even when running lake city surplus m80 ball rounds. I expected a bit more from $1.11 a round before shipping. Paying the extra 2 dollars a box for federals when they are in stock and cheaper is a smarter buy.”

“Online ordering was great. But, when it came time to pick it up that was a different story. Went in to pick up item there was one women in line with child big sign that says pick up online orders here. The worker made eye contact with me several times. Well what seemed forever her checking out this one person I noticed several people forming a line at a different part of the counter. Now she starts to take care of these other people before me! 56 minutes later me holding my temper it is my turn and she could not help me and sends me somewhere else. By this time I am furious. Needless to say I ended up where I started with 2 other employees to get my order. Very Very Disgruntled! Just her taking those others before me when clearly she new I was there first... she should be fired!”
