“I received my order in good condition however, it did take a several days to arrive. In my attempts to contact Outdoorlimited, no one answered or responded to my inquiries. Still, I did receive my order, which was correct and undamaged.”

“I am "up on the fence" with this ammo. Have shot approx. 100 rnds. with one major failure. The round jammed halfway in the chamber because the brass was rolled back off the bullet. The round wedged so tight that I had to remove the slide rails off the frame of a S & W Shield to gain access to the round for removal. I will be inspecting each and every round before loading in my mags. The jury is still out on the 900 rounds remaining.”

“Purchased one case of “in-stock” 9mm ammo: Excellent price compared to other sites Ammo well-packaged and product was as expected upon arrival There seemed to be delays by Outdoor Unlimited in the processing of the order, pulling of the goods, and sending of package to UPS, which resulted in a total of 13 days passing from time of payment to delivery - which is much longer than any other online ammo purchase I made in 2024.”

“Live 8 miles from here and have ordered twice from them abd had items shipped since I am out of town alot-first package arrived after many days and still waiting on second after 9 days-prices are great shipping times NOT SO GREAT-”

“Price and selection was very reasonable. Packaging and handling were a different matter. I paid $1.99 for "shipping insurance". My order wasn't compactly packed/ammo everywhere. However, not one round was missing or visibly damaged. This is one of the worst packed large ammo shipments in my experience ... ammo everywhere, rounds *almost* leaked out ... thankfully the outer box was intact and the last mile driver was kind. I will still consider oDL, and hope this order was an exception ...”

“No where was it advertised that I was buying BULK which I never do! You cannot be assured there will be no damage to cases/bullets. You all should add a disclaimer when your ammo is packaged in baggies!”

“Site navigation and the ordering process was great..took a week from order to my door, typicle for internet purchaces from out of state..I've ordered ammo twice from Outdoor Limited and the only complaint I'd have is the actual mail handlers , box's always arrive torn or split tape ..I would like to see Outdoor Limited shipping department run box tape around the center of the ammo box to keep the box from splitting through the corners from mail drop damage ..if you buy ammo directly from certain manufacturers they run tape around the box as well VS just one pass on the top and bottom flap..”
