“I ordered a case of 3/4 ounce 7.5 shot at about 1300 fps, 28 gauge. I received a case of 1 ounce 7.5 shot, about 1200 fps, 28 gauge. I can use it, however I needed the other, more. But it's a pain on my end to send the case back. So I put them up on the shelf. Hence the adequate rating though.”

“The sticker with the instructions on where to leave the package was placed in the INSIDE of the shipping box. How would you expect the delivery driver to follow delivery instructions of they can't be seen?”

“Received what I ordered but the boxes were beat up. One box in particular was covered in packing tape because it was in such bad shape. Should never have been shipped unless the damage happened during shipping.”

“It was probably an error on my part, but I did not notice that this ammo would not be allowed at my gun range due to type of bullet, no need to return it. I did try to order a few months ago, and my order didn't go through. I emailed and got no response.”

“My ammo arrived damaged. Multiple ammo boxes inside of the shipping box were smashed during transit due to poor packing. The plastic containers that hold the ammo were broken into pieces, and there was loose ammo all over inside the shipping box. This was not the fault of the shipping courier, as the shipping box itself was in perfect condition. I contacted customer service with this issue, and no one responded. I took that as no one cared.”

“I got the items. They appeared undamaged. But, this is the second order that was delayed. Seems to take a couple of days to fill the order. Then it takes a variable longer time to actually get the order to the shipping company despite reporting the item as shipped. I stopped paying for fast shipping due to this problem.”

“The 9mm showed up in great condition but all but one box of 5.56 was out of their boxes and loose in the larger box rattling around. Had to dump the whole thing and repack every single round.”

“I ordered (10) 50 round boxes of .40 cal FMJ target rounds. Delivery was timely. However, 2 boxes were missing rounds. 11 rounds missing from one box and 14 rounds missing from the other. I’m 25 rounds short. They are Winchester ammo. Likely a manufacturing error, unknown to Outdoor Limited. But I’m still 25 rounds short. That’s a 5% error.”
