Product prices were good, communication from Outdoor Limited was nonexistent. I never received any updates or communication after my payment was received. The Aftership tracking app was worthless! My order finally arrived but the app stated that there was an issue and no delivery update was available. The only reason I would order from them again would be if no one else had what I needed.

The shipping process is under par..no updates if product is running behind/late should not have to contact support for item issues

I have shot three boxes so far. The rounds group nicely but I have found that some of the rounds had firing pin strikes and never ignited. The dimple is in the center and the depth is correct. My concern is when I get further into the case I bought how many more am I going to find.

The box says Ammo Incorporated and made in the USA. The stamp on the bullet itself says ZSR, which is a Turkish manufacturer. Having a hard time finding more information on this.

Had come to the store front to buy ammo , site listed what I wanted in great supply , but was not on the shelf in the store . Clerk asked if he could help , told him what I was trying to buy , and was told that was online only . But they have lots of it . I ask if I buy online that they offer in store pickup ? Answer was yes , it would be ready in minutes. I ask what’s the difference of me buying it at the counter and buying it online ? Answer was just online only . Left discussed . But it was a fair price , ordered it online . Took a week to ship .

It was fine no complaints. Although it did say online orders ship in 2-3 days from order date. I believe it took about 2 weeks or so to ship. Luckily I wasn't completely out! It came 2 days before I had a competition.

When i received my order it was 400 rounds short. I then had to send a bunch of photographs of everything i got with the order. Josh did respond quickly and made the order complete.

Outdoor Limited does not live up to their advertised "shipped within 2-3 days". It took OL more than a week to ship my product. Other than that, the item was priced right and packaged properly but if you're in a hurry, consider other suppliers.

Shipping took a long time, and it took days and many emails, and calls before I was able to even get a tracking number! However there's prices we're really good. It just seems like there customers are not there first priority. Only reason I'll be hard pressed to order from this company again is I can't sit around for a week not knowing when ups will arrive. All I needed was a tracking number and it took almost a week for anyone to reach back out to me!

Honestly I wasn’t all that impressed this time around. I’ve done a lot of business with you a few years back, so this was my first order since probably late 2019 or early 2020. Never had any previous issues and actually had strongly recommended you guys to many different people in the past. This time I did not receive very good customer service when I inquired about a concern with my order. I placed the order on a Thursday night. The order was updated to “shipped” status, meaning label created, the following Tuesday. On Thursday, I called to check in because it had been a whole day without an update even though I received a ups notification email saying the package would be delivered the previous day (Wednesday). The customer service rep assured me the status would update sometime that day. The following day, Friday, I called again because it had not updated. This time the same customer service rep from the day before (I recognized his voice) interrupted me, was rude, and dismissed my concerns by stating “your package is fine” with generous dose of bad attitude. Pretty much acted like I was a jerk for calling back. Well this same guy told me the day before that there would be an update and there wasn’t. Delays are understandable but poor customer service is not. Just be honest and say, “hey sorry for the delay but the label was created and we’re really busy so it might take a few days before you see an update”. Easy as that. Don’t say it will definitely update that day and then get upset when you get called back the following day because what you said didn’t happen. In hindsight I realize that you guys create shipping labels before the order is filled so you can say the order was “shipped” within the 2-3 business days that you promise on your website. That is fine but just be clear and honest when people call in to make sure their order didn’t slip though the cracks when it stays in the “label created” status for multiple days. It’s justifiably concerning when you get an email stating the package was scheduled to be delivered on a certain day, but then 2 days later it’s still showing as “label created”. Also, not a huge issue but one of the 100 rd boxes of 223 was busted pretty bad and the knucklehead that was in charge of plastic wrapping the heck out of each box failed to actually cover the ripped section of the box. I counted twice and I’m pretty sure I got a 99 rd pack on that one.

Browning 22lr some duds with multiple strikes, 7 so far out of 170 rds. Armscor 22mag no failures out of 100 rds.

Rounds are reloads.the add showed new rounds. This has small dents in casings.

Somewhat on time ordered 2 boxes of 100 both box's damage and loose ammo rolling all over in a bigger box than needed kinda upset on shipping
