“I’ve ordered from them before with no problem. This time around they got the order wrong. I don’t know how you can confuse 270 WSM for 300 WM. Anyhow, because I was in CA at the time when the court decided to block the ammo ban, they shipped it out. I told them it was wrong and they refused to send the correct ammo stating the shipping time expired, but game me a return slip for the wrong ammo they sent and would refund me what they owe. What they meant is the judge never solidified the judgment, so they couldn’t send the correct ammo. So what they were really saying is they basically sent the original order violating the regulation. So I sent the incorrect ammo back and confirmed with them that it was delivered. They said it would take up to 48hrs to refund me. Well, it’s been 108hrs and no refund. No correspondence. Nothing. I’d give them zero stars if I could. Some of the packages were torn aside from missing what was ordered. Shipping took long too. Horrible customer service.”
