“All the ammo in this order was not boxed very well. Ammo was loose and scattered in the shipping box. I hope that this a one time error with shipping dept. I will try one more time.”

“While they shipped quickly. The product was inferior would not cycle in 2 different pistols. Both 380’s a Glock and a Browning. Not enough powder to recoil.”

“Good 9mm ammo arrived pretty quickly. Turned out it was fairly more expensive than a number of other suppliers and shipping was definitely higher for the same type of shipping. Will shop more carefully before buying again. Buyers Club seemed expensive for an average ammo purchaser unless purchasing as a group.”

“These were advertised as KCI mags but when received they were marked from another company, allegedly affiliated with KCI. If they're advertised as KCI, then they should be marked as KCI in my opinion. Personally, I wouldn't have purchased knowing this. Too late now as I don't want to go thru the hassle of a return. They should have been advertised correctly!”

“The shipping took forever..It sat in North Carolina for almost 2 weeks before it finally left..2 different orders had to call FedEx with both orders..company said wait a month to complain”

“I returned them wrong Glock magazines, I need 10 round magazines for glock 19. I have still.not heard from you on your recent of the items. Please send me the 10 round magazines for Glock 19 or processor refund for me thank you very much.”

“Ammo was good quality and happy to get some 9mm back in stock, notification works well. I do not appreciate your cost of shipping - there's no reason for a 2 lb box to cost almost 20.00 to be shipped - by doing this you're pressuring customers to buy in to your membership plan.”

“I'll be totally honest... Ordering the product and delivery of the product went really well. It was simple and efficient. The only thing that I wasnt totally happy with was the price of the merchandise. I checked around with other places, and they sold the same product at a far less cheaper price. But, they unfortunately were out of the product and couldn't guarentee when it would be back. But I would use your store again due to your huge inventory and efficient ordering and delivery system.”

“If you are in a rush, don’t expect it. I could have probably driven from Colorado and back faster. Please do not blame the pandemic when I receive other items within three days. In other words you are slow!”

“One of my boxes broke open during shipping. The only padding used was on top of the boxes. Nothing to prevent it from sliding around underneath.”
