“I could not add delivery insurance and tried many times. I used the chat and they kept asking me the same questions over and over. They canceled my order and then said I was disrespectful to them. Frustration is disrespectful? I never placed the order and went somewhere else.”

Thank you for your feedback. We understand the situation my have been frustrating to you, however after reading the chat, it is clear YOU asked our representative to cancel the order. Here is your message "Forget it! Cancel it I’ll go somewhere else." We did try to help you, it seems there may have been some misunderstanding of what we were trying to explain. Nonetheless, we appreciated you taking a look at our website and hope sometime in the future you will return.
