“Shipment was fine but I paid extra to get it shipped by FedEx. The package came UPS. When I asked customer service for a credit on my card for the difference in price, they have ignored me. I do not feel I should have to pay for your computer glitches.”

“Ordered 2 different types of ammo. The order was lost or didn't ship when we were told. When the order arrived several boxes were open and ammo was strewn in the shipping box and some must have fallen out of the shipping box because we were shorted 6 of the 9mm and 9 of the 223.”

“Everything I ordered was processed in a timely fashion. Though the prices we're kind of steep. That is to be expected. Post covid prices are up there and the demand is high. However I got what I ordered I knew what I was playing and it arrived on time. JT in Connecticut”

“The first order I put in included a membership, as I am planning on using outdoor limited for my ammo needs. It’s convenient to order ammo and have it show up at door. Would give 4/5 star rating except my first order shipped within 24 hours. However the next order was 7 days to ship and my 3rd order was 8 days to ship. I understand being busy but when the order is 4 boxes of ammo or just one type of ammo I feel a week to get it shipped is excessive. I have heard of companies that are worse than that but I still find it excessive amount of time to get order into mail.”

“I know it's a rough environment, so I can understand the significant delays between when the order's made and when it's shipped (sometimes over 10 days), but I don't see why outdoor limited keeps using Fed Ex. It's not only slow and extremely unreliable, but it's downright dangerous. Since they employ contract drivers, there is zero liability for stolen or lost packages, which happens frequently. When shipping ammo and firearms, the implications here should be obvious. Start shipping UPS!”

“Never received a tracking number. 2 months gone by. Just now get a reply that it must have been lost in shipping. 10 day wait for refund. I would say it's the fault of UPS but I never got a tracking number to start with.”

“It was nice to find a place that actually had ammunition in stock. Their website is easily navigated and their shipping was quick. However, their packaging wasn't good at all. The top of the box was padded, but the bottom of the box was not, so each box of ammo's bullet-holder honeycomb was broken into pieces and all of the bullets were jumbled inside the box with a bunch of broken plastic. I'm sure UPS has some of the blame for this too, but padding on the bottom of the box certainly would have helped.”

“The product was fine, though the individual boxes were in poor shape (crumbling, torn, not well kept) so some of the ammo spilled out immediately after unpacking the shopping box. Could you try not to use FedEx in the future? My shipment was late more than 10 days, without any real explanation.”

“The main issue is what’s advertised vs what in stock, I understand a shortage but if not available then why advertise it? Like everyone the prices have climb do to demand so profits must be outstanding. With the negatives I still buy here just hoping for sanity to return.”

“Shipment was shiped out quickly but when i recieved it all the ammo was busted out of the boxes and scattered everywhere in the box. Contacted customer service they said they would look into it and that it was unexceptional havent heard anything back since i sent pictures”
