“It was easy to order and prices were fair. Unfortunately, they ran out of the casket we wanted. However, they were prompt to notify us and provide alternative options. Customer service was excellent.”

“Working with Overnight Caskets was great. We were on a time crunch and we were able to pick up the casket for my fathers funeral that was the next day. I appreciate all the help from every associate that helped me. Also, the casket was beautiful and we got lots of compliments. Thank you for making this part of losing my dad less stressful.”

“The casket was ordered last minute and they were able to get it delivered on time. However, the casket had some flaws and could not be used. They were very quick to issue a refund. For doing the right thing and being so quick to do it, I give them 5 stars.”

“While monitoring the tracking of the order, it appears that the shipping pick-up time was purposely delayed in order to justify the additional $200 charge for "guaranteed" delivery by a specific date.? On the other hand, it was the first time that I've seen a funeral director compliment the closure of a casket to the entire congregation at both the viewing and the service for the deceased, basically (low-key) encouraging the attendees to find out from me WHERE the casket was purchased.☺️”

“I had my doubts how nice the casket would be priced 3k under the funeral homes. And if it would come in damaged. Well yall delivered big time. Very beautiful and perfect condition. I will order again if I'm not the person that dies.”

“I was in the middle of ordering my mom's casket from another company that was recommended to me. When I called the other company they were rude and hung up on me. Caskets overnight accepted my order online via their website and shipped to the funeral home in a timely manner. I was informed of the delivery via the tracking number. This company not only has reasonable prices but does it's job well. I highly recommend this company.”

“Ordered this online and was very unsure about ordering sight unseen. Could not tell you how please I was when I went to the funeral home and saw it. Beautiful! The manager at the funeral home said the quality was outstanding and where did I get it. I would highly recommend Overnight Caskets to anyone who is looking for lots of inventory and much better pricing.”

“I loved our Primrose Casket for our mother and were so pleasantly surprised to see the details were pink carnations which were our mothers favorite flower and we had thought they were originally pink roses. We save 1000.00 dollars and got a more personalized casket than the plain white that we were going to get at the funeral home. they were out of the Lady of Guadalupe casket which was our first choice and so was overnight casket but thats ok because we were ordering on the fly when our funeral home said we had 2 hours to order outside of them. Primrose was available and it was perfect...Fate. Our mother in her pink outfit looked like an angel and it was a truly lovely coffin. I did take pics but they are on my sisters phone there were 3 very small areas where the paint was smudged and should have been retouched but for 1000 less i did not care nor did we notice when we were crying our eyeballs out. over all 5 starts for super customer service , no shipping charge, on time delivery and a super sweet casket i was not overcharged on! So happy”
