“The casket was damaged but customer service did their best to replace it. Everything worked out and I would definately recommend getting your funeral needs from Overnight Caskets”

“This Poplar Wood Casket with redwood finish had a beautiful presentation. The funeral director, who before casket delivery was skeptical, upon arrival informed me that “this is a very nice casket.” A great buy at a crucial time of need. The sales associate and company were great to work with. Thanks! Vincent Davis”

“On Oct 20, 2021, I ordered a casket for my mom it arrived Oct 22, 2021..I was impressed it was very pretty...Funeral home was upset because I did not purchase one from them..The casket I purchased was $1349.00 at the funeral home was $8000 Thank you!!!”

“We ordered the Mother casket for my grandmother, and it was absolutely breath taking! Everyone commented on how gorgeous it was, and how beautiful she looked in it. After seeing it, many of the guests in attendance asked for the website (which we are happily providing) so they could purchase their own. We only had one slight hiccup, where we were told that the casket would arrive on Tues, but didnt realize it was being shipped from the Georgia location instead of the Kentucky one. However, we were able to get the casket on Wed, which was no issue. I can not thank you all enough.”

“Casket arrived on date scheduled, was unloaded and unpacked by deliverer, and then inspected by customer, Casket was in excellent condition with no damage whatever, both exterior and interior. It is a very beautiful casket!”

“It was very easy to place the order and I was contacted immediately once they discovered the color I chose wasn't available. My only negative comments would be that they should make it clear not to count the day of delivery being sent as a day to count for shipping because I had to change my order to ensure it would arrive in time. Also, I just thought a company selling caskets would at least offer condolences. The interaction with sales person was a little cold and my only reason for not providing 5 stars, but I would recommend the company moving forward.”

“My husband died unexpectedly and I needed a casket within the week. I purchased the beautiful Lincoln casket. It was not only delivered on time but they took it off the truck for the funeral home. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of Overnight Caskets. My family and I highly recommend this company.”

“Walmart.com could not deliver my husband casket, so I called Overnight Caskets and they were able to deliver it in just 4 days. Walmart.com said it would be 3 weeks out and then they couldn't deliver it at all. Thanks Overnight Caskets you saved my husbands memorial and funeral. It cost less then Walmart.com did too.”

“I had a wonderful experience with overnightcaskets.com. I found what I wanted online and then called them to make sure it was available and could be shipped to the funeral home we chose. Their customer service was wonderful! I spoke to two different people and both were very helpful and able to answer all questions and both were very professional and friendly! The casket was exactly like the picture and description on the website and it was delivered within 48 hours of the time I placed the order. It arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend this company!”
