“Our original Casket was not available but sales lady immediately called and took care of finding one as close to our choice as possible. It was damaged when it arrived I called and they informed me they did not have enough time to get a new one but immediately offered full refund or partial. Casket was very detailed and such a beautiful cherry wood even nicer than pictures online!”

“Overnight Caskets was wonderful to work with. The representative was helpful and informative. We placed our order before 1 PM ET and the casket arrived by 4:30 PM ET two days later. (We paid the extra fee for two day shipping.) The delivery driver coordinated with the funeral home to ensure a smooth handoff. The casket itself was exceptional quality had a fraction of the funeral homes price. My entire family was very, very pleased that we were able to give my father the burial he deserved. The beautiful casket was a key element of his send off.”

“Casket was beautiful.But the shipping got there last minute.Original one we ordered was out of stock.I believe they should give you 3 to pick from.Paid for over night shipping but because it wasnt in stock didnt get that due to having to order another.Was also promised it would be there buy 11 am didn't show up til 3:30pm.Witch added extra stress to an already stressful situation.”

“Just one issue on shipment. I received notification item had shipped but nothing after that on arrival not even from the funeral home. I found out it had arrived when I called to check status. To my surprise it had arrived the previous. The funeral home didn't notify me even stating I had to be their on day of delivery. Due to the guy receiving the shipment who was also one to pick-up the body he remembered the name and excepted the casket but was ready to deny my order because he was notified of an outside order not company related.”

“Very pleased with casket and service! The ordering and delivery process is simple and straight forward. We had a last minute address change. Overnight Casket and their delivery agent were highly responsive. They delivered as promised. The casket delivered was the same one I viewed on the Internet. Price for the casket was very reasonable. We saved about $1700 in cost. There was no damage to casket upon delivery. I highly recommend their product and service.”

“I was very pleased with my purchase! I contacted them on a Monday afternoon for expedited delivery for Wednesday. My mother's funeral was that Friday and the funeral home needed it by Wednesday. It was gorgeous! It was the beautiful pink "Mother" casket. I would recommend others to this site!”

“I placed an order that needed to be to the funeral home by the 13th which was exactly 3 business days to be delivered when I placed the order. (which is stated at check out on their website). When I still had not received a shipping confirmation by the 2nd business day I called and the girl I spoke to said shipping was 3 to 5 business days and that's probly why I had not received a shipping confirmation yet. I had no choice but to pay the extra $200 and was Assured it would be there by 13th. My item made it a day before it was suppose to be there which leaves me to believe the item was already shipped and they just took the extra $200 from me. They also delivered the casket to WRONG funeral home and did not have any of my LO's information or my information on it so the funeral home knew who it belonged to.”
