“Excellent service. They contacted me when an issue arose and solved the problem expeditiously. I got the one I wanted, when I needed it. Hopefully, I’ll never have to use them again but they were good.”

“You all were great in handling the order and getting it sent to the funeral home. The only issue that I had, was with the shipper. It arrived in the city on a Friday,but was not delivered until the following Monday late in the day. Service was set up for the next day. All worked out. Everyone was pleased. Will recommend you,to those needing burial item's in the future. William J.Hale”

“Extremely satisfied with your Customer Service, Product and Delivery! Very happy to use this product to lay my dad to rest in. So surprised that casket arrived next day even though it wasn't expected for 3 days! You guys are Awesome! Even the Funeral Home complemented on the packing, said it could have been dropped from the roof of their building and not been damaged it was so well packed. They also complemented what a beautiful wooden casket! Very satisfied. Will be purchasing for other family members when the time comes.”

“While the casket we wanted wasn't available the level of customer service Makalyah (hope I spelled correctly, but at least I remembered ;-)) was AMAZING. She went through their entire collection with me to find something similar. We ordered Wednesday evening (after 5 pm) and the casket arrived at the funeral home that Friday in perfect condition! Only 4 stars because the 2 caskets we really wanted were not in stock but other than that OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!”
