“I would absolutely go through overnight caskets again. The casket was beautiful and would have cost much more at the funeral home. Tips: 1. For a wood casket I proactively bought a stain marker to cover any small blemishes. (There weren’t exactly any, but it came in handy). 2. Make sure to look very carefully at the pictures. I bought Last Supper with Pieta. In the tiny picture I couldn’t see it, but I thought it was just a fancy term for an embellishment. It turned out to be an icon of Mary holding Jesus, which my loved one would definitely not want! Good news=it was screwed on, so we were able to remove them. The stain marker filled light part inside the screw holes and no issues whatsoever—but it could have been a disaster, so look very carefully. 3. Don’t expect tracking. It got there on time and everything, but I was nervous when I didn’t see tracking info. Even when it was delivered, status didn’t automatically update—but it’s fine. 4. They didn’t always actually have someone to pick up the phone, so make sure you ask your questions etc. and don’t save until the last minute. Overall, it was a great experience, a great value, very good quality casket. I would use them again without hesitation!”

“Beautiful casket for a very very good price. The only problem I had was........... Casket was ordered on a Saturday and I paid for a 2 day expedited delivery and funeral service was on Wednesday. The shipping company finally located the casket and said it would be delivered by 5pm on Wednesday.......which I told them was not acceptable....THANKS to the New Orleans shipping office, they were able to locate the casket and deliver to the funeral home by 10 am Wednesday. It should be indicated CLEARLY when placing an order on the weekend exactly when it will be delivered based on which shipping option one choses.”

“FedEx screwed up 3-day shipment and were unable to deliver. OverNight stepped in and shipped an identical casket overnight. Excellent commitment to customer service!”

“Overnight Caskets sales support are professional and responsive. Overnight Caskets was prompt to overnight replacement casket once being notified of damaged casket (with supporting photos, which casket was likely damaged during delivery). Overnight Caskets would have 5 stars if courier delivered replacement casket also picked up damaged casket instead of courier issued separate order to pick up creating logistic / packaging issues. Overall, I will recommend Overnight Caskets.”

“My family was extremely pleased with the quality and appearance of the casket for our mother. It was substituted, with my permission, for one that was out of stock. I was concerned about the dark color of the casket in the website photo, but I was reassured that it was lighter in color than shown, and indeed it was. The color was very warm. The funeral director even remarked that it was very beautiful. We were surprised, too, that if arrived overnight, even though I had paid for 2-day shipping.”

“I ordered the Prim Rose for my mother. As I'm sure you all are finding out organizing a funeral is on thing after another. Using this site gave me 1 less thing to worry about. The funeral home offered the same casket I ordered in there catalogue for 3k more than the price on overnightcaskets. I ordered the casket on a Thursday before a long weekend thinking the funeral home would not receive it until Tuesday. To my surprise even with choosing free 3 day shipping it arrived Friday afternoon. It was so fast that I had not even sat down with the funeral director yet so at our first meeting they told me it was already their. That why this site gave me 1 less thing to worry about, it was an effortless process.”

“I was not at all sure what to expect, especially with the quick turnaround my family required. The OC team took great care of us and our situation, and helped find a suitable solution to meet and then exceed our needs. The funeral home was even impressed with the product. Even after paying for next-day shipping, I still saved almost $2,000.”

“It says free shipping to Colorado, so I ordered the casket, they called said we won't ship to you you live to far from a big city, so now I have to go pick it up 3 hours away. I have to do this promptly as they won't hold it there for long. It's been a stressful event and part of the reason for ordering from them was to order it and forget it. Friendly people just not what was advertised on shipping.”
