“I found the website a bit difficult to navigate in terms of trying to make sure the casket was shipped to the funeral home and not to our home, so I called the order in instead. The person who took my order was not the most polished order-taker, but the casket arrived in time, cost thousands less than what we would have paid if we bought it from the funeral home, and even the funeral director at the very upscale funeral home we used was very impressed with the quality.”

“I found Overnight Caskets while I was standing in the funeral home faced with choosing an outrageously overpriced casket for my mother. It was all too overwhelming at the time. First I chatted with someone right on the website and the next day I called them. In a time when I just couldn't handle anything else, the staff at Overnight Caskets was all too pleasant, empathic, kind, and helpful. They know why you're calling on them and they respect it. The casket I chose was just 1/3 the cost of what was offered at the funeral home but was the same quality. It was delivered literally overnight and ended up looking great. Look, it almost feels wrong ordering a casket for a loved one from a website, but this company does it right. 21st Century and all that, I suppose. Thanks Overnight Caskets. You did right by me, and right by my mother.”

“Purchased a casket with Jeffrey's assistant. He was very attentive to my needs, answered all my questions, and even offered guidance. He was well informed about the services he was selling. When casket was delivered to cemetery the hand rails were too big for the grave site and was told it would scratch the walls when being lowered into the vault. I had to upgrade the vault to accommodate for the casket which cost extra money. Next day I called Overnight Casket and explained my dilemma. A credit was issued to offset the extra expense for upgrading vault. Your staff is exceptional, and i plan to use your services for the Memorial Marker.”

“Beautiful light silvery blue casket for my grandpa. It arrived next day with no scratches or dents. One thing to note is the casket looks much darker in the photos. I had expected it to be navy. Although the color was much lighter than I expected, it was lovely and looked great with the flag draped over it, and was perfect for the military honors at the national cemetery. And it was half the price of the caskets at the mortuary. I highly recommend Overnight Caskets. There’s a wide selection and will likely save you money compared to going through the mortuary.”

“When you are planning one of the most important service, you do not want any complications. You wonder about not only the condition of the delivery, but the look of the casket, or if it is legit. I was made aware of online ordering from a friend, and boy was I pleased! Not only did I save over 60 %of the cost the funeral home was asking, but the casket was ordered on a Thursday, and delivered the very next day! I was able to view it, and it was better than I expected! I have been recommending this service and company to all- whether they are planning a service, or just for future knowledge. I was pleasantly pleased!”

“Overall a great company! They delivered a quality casket, on time, with no real issues. I ordered the White Cross Lords Prayer casket, because it looked perfect for my mother-in-law. I was not disappointed; it looked beautiful and well made. Most people at the funeral did not know you could order a casket online. I have never ordered a casket online before, and had reservations about quality, delivery, hassles in general. No problems occurred, all went smoothly. The only issues were no tracking number, no notification that it had been delivered. I did get one email saying it had shipped on time, but that was all. I trusted in all the great reviews of the company, and sure enough, I called the funeral home the next day and it was there, in fine condition. Ordered and delivered in less than 18 hrs; and I had one less major thing on my mind at a very stressful time. Improvement in tracking could use some attention. I will recommend overnightcaskets to my family and friends.”

“It's better to call and order than to order online. When you call, they can give you a better idea of what caskets can be available in shorter time frames since some are at different warehouses. Be aware the free overnight shipping shown on the webside is misleading. Overnight only available if you are located within a certain distance of a warehouse that has the casket you want. That being said, the casket I ordered was delivered on the day they promised and was beautiful. No damage or other problems. They said a tracking number would be provided but I did have to email them to get it. Once I got it, I was able to follow shipment which helped ease any worry about it getting delivered on time. Overall, this was a good experience. Well worth it to get the savings.”
