“I purchased the PrimRose White Shade with Silver Rose Finish casket for my mother's funeral. It was delivered by 10:30 am to the funeral home in perfect condition. Please note that next day delivery is when you order it before 2 pm. I ordered it at 5:30 pm and received it the day after which wasn't a problem. My family and I received several compliments on how beautiful it was. Jeff and Mark both helped with my purchase and it was a very easy transaction. I would highly recommend Overnight Caskets.”

“Amazing service! I was worried to order a online casket but it was delivered on time and it was beautiful. The Funeral home showed us one that was almost identical and they wanted $6,500 we paid $1,400 this included a shipping fee of $300 due to a holiday weekend. I would order again from them if ever needed. Funeral planning is overwhelming, there is no reason to stress over costs too. Trust your gut but my experience was great!”

“I wanted a metal casket in particular color and shade. I spoke to a representative after ordering it on line because the one I ordered was not available in my area. The representative was very helpful and directed me to similar item. I found the perfect metal casket for my wife. My funeral director wanted to know what time the casket would arrive. I called Overnight Caskets and he was promptly informed. The casket arrived as promised. I have no reservations about recommending this company to anyone.”

“I enjoyed most of my experience with Overnight caskets. The personnel was great. Very kind and quick to answer any questions I had. One problem which could have been a major one if the funeral was at the time expected, was our casket came with a very large dent in the center top of it (about 12x10x2). I'm surprised they don't check them out before delivery since funerals are already stressful for customers and the coffin is the main thing, besides of course the loved one, that people are looking at. In my case they quickly got a new one for us. I'm a bit surprised I didn't receive an apology to the fact, just a short email saying one was on the way. Who knows, maybe they'd have brought a new one a few hours later if need be. I would order again from them since they made a wrong right, but only If I had an extra day or so in case of another mistake.”

“My mother died unexpectedly and we had to plan an out-of-state funeral. Based on others' reviews, we decided to order from Overnight Caskets and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was a beautiful antique white casket and we were not only greatly relieved at the quality but its beauty. Our experience was 5 star. At a time when emotions run high, it was unnerving to buy a casket sight unseen, (except for the photos online) but our family was so pleased.”

“The casket pictured on the website (primrose white shade with silver rose finish) was not what we received. The casket pictured has gold hardware and gold handlebars. Instead it arrived with silver hardware and dark wood handlebars. Color of casket was also not as white as pictured. When I asked them to overnight us the correct casket we ordered, we were told it was their last one and they didn't have another one in stock (yet the casket is still available on their website and able to be purchased). They also told us we missed the cutoff to overnight another one to meet our funeral deadline. So obviously we were disappointed that the casket we had to use was not the casket in the picture.”
