“Placed my order, 3 hours later I received a phone call saying it was out of stock so I have to change my order, which delayed it a day because it was after the cut off time for orders when they contacted me. Then I received a phone call the next day saying the shipment was going to be delayed another day due to weather. We had to push back the funeral a day because the funeral home needed the casket at least 12 hours before the service and due to the delay it would only arrive 1-2 hours before the service. When it arrived the funeral home contacted me to tell me there were several dents and dings and a couple of scratches. At that point I just wanted to get my mother into her final resting place so I didn't even bother contacting anyone.”

“We ordered the Mother’s Casket on a Friday and it was delivered timely on Tuesday by the deadline! The customer service was absolutely awesome and the casket was beautiful! We had so many compliments and certainly spread a good word to everyone who asked. Hopefully we won’t need another casket soon but we would never hesitate to order through Overnight Casket again.”

“5 stars says it all. Excellent service , quality and price was much better than I expected . The funeral home director tried to make me think I would be disappointed with the quality . When the casket arrived ( next day service) he called to tell me he was wrong and it was beautiful . He couldn't believe the price and quality was so great. Thank you for everything during this stressful time.”

“"Steve" assisted us with ordering a casket for my mother. He made it very easy and comfortable, and the casket was lovely. Amazing they can sell caskets for a quarter of what the mortuaries charge. We called on a Friday morning and the casket was delivered Monday. Five-stars.”

“First time doing this. Ordering a casket for a family member online. The order was actually placed by phone. Spoke to a live person, who answered the phone quickly. I was very nervous, due to the time element of funeral. The casket was delivered an hour before the guaranteed time. It was very professionally packaged, to prevent damage and it was beautiful! Everyone said that we must have spent much more than the actual cost. Great relief! Thank you Overnight Caskets”

“They didn't have the one I wanted in stock/nearby. So I choose a lower priced casket in the color I wanted. Several people at the funeral commented about how beautiful the casket was. It was about 1/3rd the price that the funeral home wanted to charge. They said it would take two days to arrive on a Friday for a Saturday funeral but it showed up the next day. First time I purchased a casket online, so I was a little nervous it might not show up on time. two thumbs up”

“We placed the order Sunday for a casket for my dad based on other high reviews and pictures. First thing Monday morning we got a call from a nice man who informed us the selected casket was not available locally and offered 2 suggestions that we're similar and available. We picked one and it arrived at the funeral home ahead of the promised time two days later. It is beautiful and beyond our expectations. The funeral director was also very impressed that we were able to find such a nice casket for the price. He said it arrived in a very sturdy box and had no damage. Thank you Overnight Caskets for making this part of my dad's journey easy and pleasing.”
