“Very good experience. Customer service reps friendly and knowledgeable. Reason for the 4 out of 5 rating was due to the fact that the casket arrived damaged. That being said, they quickly responded the issue to my satisfaction.”

“Excellent. We saved a lot of money. The quality was superb. No issues. Even with delivery. Exact same casket as what I chose at the funeral home. Funeral home wanted $2,500 bought it for $1,300.”

Overnight Caskets from the first phone call ordering the casket to the on-time delivery of the casket was a comfortable and no worry experience. The funeral home said it was one of the nicest caskets that they have seen. I am grateful to Overnight Caskets for their kind and dependable service. Thank you.”

“Like many, this was my first time ordering a casket online. And like most of you I wanted to send my loved one off with honor, style, and grace. This casket fit my mom sooo perfectly as she really loved the Lord. I was worried about the time getting the casket, it came earlier than expected and it looked perfect, just like the picture. I even had to have it my mom transported in the casket across states to her town of birth, and the casket held up the entire trip. I will try to add a video of us inspecting it. I can say how truly grateful I am to have found overnight caskets.”

“The time from when the order is placed and accepted is fine. The communication from your company to the customer can improve. It will help greatly if the customer has current information about their order. I had to call the office 3 times because the status of my order was never updated from the processing phase. The status never changed from shipped. There was no tracking information given. It should have been updated as shipped-in transit-delivered. My order was placed and accepted on September 19 and the delivery was made on September 23, 2022. It’s a great comfort if a customer knows the shipping and delivery date.”
