“Super Scam!!! Need my money back. Ordered for a birthday where the delivery was supposed to happen on the same date, it's 2 days neither order status moved beyond order confirmed nor any response on my query to customer care has been received. I can't believe how come even they are getting listed at the top on google search. can anyone help, how can I get a refund??”

“Extremely poor customer service. There is no option to cancel the order if something goes wrong. Their customer service is completely silent all the time. They ask for the time of delivery but do not at all follow that. My experience is extremely bad and I would not recommend this to anyone.”

“Worst service ever. Especially customer service and executives. Item not delivered on time as they provided wrong details to courier. We keep sending emails to follow up and they don't even bother to reply. ZERO EFFORT. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO BUSINESS ETHICS.”
