Never ever order from this site. The support team is pathetic, they only have one word to say 'Out for delivery'. My time time slot is 12pm-5pm, after repeated msgs to the chat support this delivery guy called at 5pm and dint even start from their office. They will not deliver it in the specified time slots. Contact number they provide will be switched off, u cannot track, cannot get in touch with them for any updates.

I ordered a teddy and roses for valentines day. Included a celebrations pack to that. The teddy and roses were in good condition but the celebrations pack was missing. I hope they deliver what they promise, if so, I would be a repeat customer

Don't order anything from here. They are quite irresponsible about delivery. I have ordered this heart shape roses with cake and it supposed to be delivered at 9-1pm. They delivered it at 9 pm on Valentine day. Roses were completely decayed and they forgot the cake. When I asked why they didn't deliver the cake, the answer I got was we forgot it at our bakery and it's not a birthday so we'll deliver it later. Seriously who the hell are you to decide that it will be fine if it's not a birthday? When I tried to contact them nobody answer.

Is there any zero star review option ?, Very bad service and my surprise plan was ruined very bad and I regretted choosing oyegift, I never recommend this to anyone. If you still choose it. Best of luck, your are in trouble.

First of all the gift was delivered too late. Second thing we do not have information of whereabouts of the booked gift. Third point the customer support number never answers.

Pathetic customer service. I paid for a good luck bamboo to be delivered in a glass planter. The cost was three times as is but the worst part, it arrived without the glass planter and in a cheap plastic bag. I have been emailing them and trying to contact them but to no effect, still awaiting a reply. I wrote a review on their website which of course doesn't show up as it wasn't positive so must not have passed their review moderation! Really wouldn't recommend it.

One star is only because zero stars is not an option. I would not advise anyone to use this service. Customer care is terrible and I suspect that the reviews below are fake. I ordered this birthday gift in August 2018, by today it has still not arrived. The issues began at the ordering stage. I ordered a gift from Toronto (where I live). My friend was living in Delhi for a couple of months and was based at a hotel. When placing the order, they required a phone number. I gave my Toronto number. I received an email saying that they needed a local number for delivery but I wanted to surprise my friend. Reluctantly I gave the hotel phone number, hoping they could just coordinate with the hotel so my friend could be surprised. Anyway, for some reason - their customer service is so poor they were not able to give me an actual reason - they had some kind of issue for delivery. I went back and forth with their rude customer service staff for days asking what I could do to resolve this issue. They had no solutions. I offered them a different address so somebody else could receive the gift instead. By this time my friend's birthday had passed and it was already too late. After giving the alternate address, oye still failed to deliver. On 20th September they told me the gift had been delivered when it had not been. My friend has received nothing and I have not been given a refund. I have been asking for clarification for two weeks and they have not given any response. Now I am left with leaving negative reviews, which I will do on every site possible because I want to warn anybody against using this terrible service. I will keep posting these reviews until I am given a full refund and compensated for the time and energy that has been wasted on this.
