“This website is a scam!! They charged my credit card but never delivered my order. I have emailed them three times over the last few weeks and I am yet to get a response from them.”

“Why your customer care no. is always switched off? Remove it from your website if you guys dont want to give solutions to the customers telephonic-ally. i have ordered last night.I have received an order no.! how should i track it? “We ordered for my cousins wedding anniversary Feb 15. Till now they havent delivered nor responded. Is this how we trust online gift services. They have not responded nor refunded. Atleast any reason treating us like very cheap. IT is very disappointing how these services affecting our emotions.”

“Very Bad experience. Flowers came dead. Chocolates came melted. Delivery was supposed to come at 8-9am, but came at 7pm. Customer service will not give response for the product. you can review the image below to see how it came Vs how it was supposed to come.”

“The customer helpline is switched off since morning of one Mr.Dhirendra, Oyegifts. I requested for a gift delivery for today and did the book on the day prior to that. Agredd that it's Valentines day but they dont have even a facility to track my package, the helpline is switched off.. And AT THE END OF THE DAY THE ORDER IS STILL NOT DELIVERED YET”

“The message was handwritten and didn't understand what is to be written, the silk was suppose to be made regular silk which was added on , sadly they gave a roast almond version , one good thing they did was deliver at a good time”

“I have ordered the midnight surprise for my husband's birthday but even after paying 350 bucks extra I had to wait for the person for 15 minutes. My order has not been delivered yet. M already having bad experience with this . Refund my money ASAP”

“OyeGifts.com is a farce. I do not know who is owner is but I guess they are least bothered about the customers or the service being provided. I got hostile calls from them instead. I placed an order of cake, flowers and bamboo plant to be delivered yesterday for my dad’s birthday. After trying to repeatedly get in touch with them for an hour over their listed phone and chat and having received no response, I wrote a google review. Within 5 minutes of me writing the review, my order was delivered ‘partially’ - just the cake and flowers and what followed was horrific. A guy called me and instead of trying to understand or ask the reason of my review, he questioned me how dare I write a review and on what basis. And when I told him there was no response from their side and that my order is still partially delivered, he demanded that I return the entire order since I had already written a review. When I objected to that, he said that he would not deliver the pending order and will not process any refund for the same. I was aghast at the response. This person harassed me by calling me repeatedly and I had to switch off my phone. They have still withheld my money. No refund yet. Today they mailed me saying my order is delivered. When I responded by giving them the number of the person calling me, I got a mail response from the same person saying that instead of waiting for my delivery within the slot and using call support, I ‘got impatient and started writing here and there’. My order was indeed on time but it was partial, you cannot reach their team over call support, and they still have not even refunded my money.”

“I had very bad experience with this company. I ordered gift in June 2019 the gift was not delivered and so far they did not refund my money. They are not answering my mails and very bad experience with online chat as well. Found totally bad.”

“I placed an order for karwa chauth 3 days before the event . But on the date of karwa chauth oye send me an email that they can deliver this order as according to them my address was outskirt area. Where as it is not outskirt area so many time i use to send my gifts. Atter that i have send so many email to oyegifts to my return money which was the amount of more then 3000 ruppe . But they do not even manner to respond my email. And i am still waiting for my refund.”

“I sent a gift for my friend through this site and it was such a bad delivery in mathura. The bamboo plant was having hardly any leaf . While what I ordered was two layered bamboo. Delivered was only single layered”

“Chocolate box was broken with expired chocolates. Kaju Burfi was from Aggarwal Sweets which was again not in good shape. The only positive point was they delivered on time as promised. Will not shop again, neither recommend this site to anyone. Thanks, Transaction ID: 000011781”

“On final day they sent a message that they cannot deliver the item since the delivery address is too far from their outlet. delivery location is Hyderabad which is on their list for next day delivery. Make sure before ordering that you are living in the next door of their outlet!!”

“Experience 1: Order a valentines day gift a week before the day, was supposed to be delivered before 9 pm, was delivered at 11pm by a drunk guy and the flowers were withered and spoiled beyond repair. Informed the customer support but no apology. Experience 2: Ordered a Mothers day gift, received a message on the day of the delivery abut not being able to deliver and will be delivered next day. Contacted the support next day about the status, got a reply "Not delivered, refund". Such an unprofessional behavior is unprecedented. I am not even sure there would be refund processed since it was paid in foreign currency. Please avoid the company.”
