"This is a grievance I am reporting against this company. When I placed the order and what was depicted on their site, I was under the impression that a freshly baked plum cake will be sent however what you have sent is a 330g Unibic plum cake which costs Rs 142 n for that I was charged Rs 839 just for the cake alone with delivery.\r\nHow can this company cheat customers this way, on the image that have not mentioned that it's gonna be a unibic cake. If I wanted to give a unibic cake I could have ordered it myself from Instamart why did I have to use Oye gifts platform. \r\nI would urge from customers not to order anything from this site as they are running fraudulent activities.\r\nI tried calling the number you have given to reach customer care but noone bothered to receive and no response even received on email."

"Promised same day delivery. Debited my account. No delivery. Called multiple times, no one picked call. Sent email, no response. They just destroyed the entire occasion."

"Ordered a Bonsai plant, but received a completely different, low-quality plant. OyeGifts agreed for refund. Weeks later, still no refund. My request for chargeback with my bank is rejected by them as well.\r\n\r\nFor the same occasion, I had ordered on FNP and they were transparent in communicating the plant I ordered is not available and proposed a replacement. When I did not like the replacement plant, they immediately refunded. But Oyegifts...appear to be a a fraudulent company. The customer care is also very arrogant."
