I ordered two items and was charged on my credit card for two items, but I've only received one item. It's been a few weeks. I will have to take the time to follow up on this.

The bib I bought I expected a better fit. I weight about 212 lbs. so I bought large and the feel a bit saggy in the bottom. I have two other bibs from Pactimo and they fit better.

This seems like a great piece put was too tight across the top of the chest even though it was otherwise on the loose side. So I had to return.

I don't think these are 12 hour shorts as listed even 2 hours they aren't that comfy honestly. So 160+ seems a litttle far fetched. They summit bibs are rough with the hexagonal stiching, not a fan of that...The padding like I said doesn't seem that much better than $30 amazon bibs. The only plus is the overalls are softnit fabric and they are real comfy on the shoulders and chest area. I'll be attempting them in a ironman full 112 distance in november but I don't expect them to make or break the ride in comfort terms.

I love the Pactimo products that I own. I find the sizing to be different between some of them.

As much as I love my Ascent aero jerseys, which I order with my race club kits, I don’t like the Summit version. Much tighter, around the waist and hips, not stretchy or soft like the Ascent aero. Feels plastiky. I’d return it if it wasn’t a final sale.

Quality of shorts was good, but had to size down to size Large. Customer service, however, was very poor. I was preparing for a week long ride, RAGBRAI. Placed a $300+ order on a Sunday evening, paid the extra for 2 day shipping. Notified later that evening that my order was packed and ready. Then it didnt move. Sent an email on Tuesday asking for an update, was told they would contact USPS to see what the status might be and they hoped it would deliver Wednesday as expected and let them know if I didnt see further tracking information by then. Called the customer service number, which rolls to voicemail and asked for updates/explanation and a return call. Never happened. Also left a message via FB messenger, again no response. Wednesday evening, received an email that my order had finally shipped and should be here Saturday. Again emailed back and called. Received an email the next day that they were bummed it took so long and were giving me a $10 store credit. They were also refunding my expedited shipping...but refunded less than I paid! So the original shipping would have been free, I paid for expedited, but still came up short. Back to the Saturday delivery - I had to leave for the ride Saturday morning. I paid a fee to USPS to have them hold the package so I could grab it first thing Saturday morning before hitting the road. Fortunately, that worked and I did get the shorts. But, I do not believe I should have had to resort to that nor pay the fee when I paid for 2 day shipping a week prior. All in all, Pactimo had multiple opportunities to practice excellent customer service. They could have responded by phone or a sincere email, which they failed to do. This was my first order with Pactimo, not sure I'd order again. As part of a large cycling community, unsure if I'd recommend someone to order based on the experience.

Nice quality bibs, good pad, but I was a little disappointed with the length of the inseam. An extra 1/2 to 1 inch and I would have given them 5 stars.

Unfortunately the stitching on the exterior starred to fray after 1 longish ride (80 miles) and 3-4 times on the trainer. Before you ask, yes, I followed the washing instructions (washed in mesh bag, delicate wash, no dryer of course, etc). I’ve had a fair number of bibs and this fraying was

Nice jersey and material. Discouraged that the storefront had been closed to the public since Covid & no information posted online. Nobody answering phones. Only information that is posted is if you physically drive up there yourself

Really love some of the jerseys. Im female 5'5" 115-120lbs I order size small. Some of the small jerseys are way too big, even if you follow the chart. You can fit another person in the jersey with me, that is how much extra room there is. It is ridiculous looking. Wish I had Xxs for the club jersey i just bought on clearance. I did send email asking for exchange.. hahahaha. What was I expecting? They sent back the most confusing email, offering no solution. I am annoyed that the size chart was so deceptive.

I always get emails from PAC ,the summer is coming so I need a base layer for the heat. I received a email about base layers ,with the option of shirtsleeve or sleeveless with new colors for 55$. Later after I was delivered the base layer.Days later they went on sale for 30$! Not happy! Because I never had the option for a short sleeve shirt.

Love the jersey! I purchased the Love Maui Love jersey which Pactimo is donating 50% towards Hawai'i Community Foundation's Maui Strong Fund. That said, I was disappointed to see they don’t ship to Canada, and the delivery schedule was well beyond the 18-24 days they told me it would take. Have ordered from Jakroo before and they are much faster. If Pactimo does choose to ship to Canada one day I might try them again, to see if this was just a one-off.

There is a need for a greater selection. Artist kit are quite limited.

I can’t seem to get the right fit with Pactimo. The bibs (Large for 5’10”, 180) are too long, too tight at the cuffs, then oddly too loose around my mid section. The LS (Large) jersey is ok, with arms that are longer than I’d like.
