The Pactimo gaiter is like no other I have and I am not sure the design is the best. It is tight and not intuitive like most gaiters I have.

I was disappointed when I contacted Customer Service 2x (email and phone message) a few minutes after ordering items to see if I could change the shipping address. It had defaulted to the wrong address. No response from customer service to either message.

I have had great, and unfortunately not so great experiences with Portico products. I wish they were consistently great across the board. Seem sad they would put their name on products as bad as the Continental Bibs I just purchased.

Sizing runs smaller than previous Pactimo jersey purchased. Had to return for larger size.

The jersey I bought is nice and comfortable. I was disappointed because I thought it was going to be warm and it is not. I had considered also purchasing a winter cycling jacket from Pactimo but I'm glad I didn't because it would probably not be warm enough either.

Was sent a email for a $10 discount if I made a $50 purchase. Selected a $57 item and discount code was invalid? Issue was not resolved.

having bought many items in the last couple of years your sizing runs very very small. I wear a XL with every other clothing company out there with you I have to go up at least one size up. Please make it for the average rider not all of us are built for the TOUR !!.

Great quality! Unfortunately sizing is a nightmare:( I belong to several clubs that purchases club clothing from you folks, so if I want to represent I’m kinda stuck. I’m average build, 5’10” 168 lbs. I order 3xl and have tailored. It’s just too expensive an option to continue.

Ascent Aero LS jersey, color Disperse Atlantic Blue. Size S Love the pattern, Pactimo sure comes up with great colors and patterns I’m 5’6” 140lbs the jersey is snug but not tight, a little loose around the chest. My biggest problem is the Pactimo jersey pockets are to high, it’s almost impossible for me to get things in or out of them. I either have to slow down or wait till I stop. Good for mid weather rides, 55-60 degrees and all I need is a summer base layer. Can wear comfortably down to low 50’s. Fabric is light and breaths well. Its just a basic long sleeve jersey but has outstanding patterns.

The jersey feels light and breathable. Fit is as expected. Sleeves go all the way to the elbow. Overall it's a good jersey. I would probably not buy another due to the stitching job for the rear zipper pocket. It's basically pointy and exposed and just pokes me in the back for the whole ride. Not worth the money if you value comfort

Concerning the men's shorts and bibs.... Average photography of the clothes, great model however...no shots of the interior of the shorts/bibs showing the chamois or even a diagram showing the dimensions of the chamois....so you must order and receive them to check these intimate details out. Undefined terms like raw edge, a fold-over, articulated waistband...great marketing speak, but meaningless to a customer like me. Show images, what are the advantages of these "features"....why do I care about these features? Recommend: overhaul the descriptions and translate them into what benefit they have for the customer....what is the value proposition for the customer, not great copyrighting? Add in leg sizes....where the shorts hit a person, not just waist size. Not everyone has the same size legs!

The technical quality of the products is good; fabric, build quality, etc. However, the website doesn't do a good job of explaining sizing or different fits for different body types. Being tall I struggle with sizing in the length department, so further explanation of sizing for tall people would be helpful. Using chest measurements to determine size is not enough. Customer service was also not helpful with recommendations for taller people. That said, the return and exchange process was easy.

I was slightly disappointed at this shirt and curious about the other reviews. On the positive the cut , rear length and construction are excellent. The design with the rear pocket is unique and is so key when you don't want to look too aero However, I find the fabric a bit itchy and the sleeve construction and design not well executed. As for the scratchiness this is usually a sign of less than premier next to skin quality wool and or a micron size they is too large/corse. And I have merino and merino blend products from dozens of makers to compare. More importantly, is the sleeve design. Under the armpit the stitching is way too prominent. It digs into the armpit and is a far cry from flat lock low profile stitching which is required here. This could be ameliorated with a raglan design or similar sleeve re design but as it is now it just not as comfortable as it should be . Now on the bike it's a bit less noticeable but as it stands this is not a super functional price for me . I've sized correctly and run through the gentle hand wash with wool detergent so Ive given it the benefit of the doubt after a few wears A few tweaks and this can become a go for the non racer non cafe du France go to but as now it's fair at best

Oddly to review my purchase, I need to review Pactimo as well. Their stuff is hit or miss as with any brand.

The quality and the design were perfection. Problem was the sizes were very, very very small. The refund was almost immediate.

The long sleeve jersey is made of nice material. It just doesn't fit in the upper arms. Even with a small. Flapping in the breeze slows you down. Had the same problem with short sleeve. Great customer service though, and fast refund.

I found the jerseys not Aero enough. Too much access material around the neck area. The rest of the jersey hugged the body well except on the neck area. They were too long not shaped for race look.
