“The quality and the design were perfection. Problem was the sizes were very, very very small. The refund was almost immediate.”

“The long sleeve jersey is made of nice material. It just doesn't fit in the upper arms. Even with a small. Flapping in the breeze slows you down. Had the same problem with short sleeve. Great customer service though, and fast refund.”

“I found the jerseys not Aero enough. Too much access material around the neck area. The rest of the jersey hugged the body well except on the neck area. They were too long not shaped for race look.”

“My blue XL bib fit perfectly on my 6 ft, 183 lb body. However, the blue color bleed in the wash destroying other cycling clothes. So, wash them alone for the first few times. Pactimo send a replacement but they too bleed in the wash. I guess blue is not my color for bibs. Back to black I go.”

“I’m not able to properly review due to sizing issues. I followed your sizing chart and it said a medium for my waist. I could not get over my thigh. I am 6’ 2” 187 and don’t have large thighs. I will review when I get the proper size.”

“Perfect material and back pocket design.I just couldn’t get the right fit, unfortunately. The traditional sizing was way too big and the aero was a better fit but I still felt it was too small through the shoulders and hips. I’m normally a size small. 5’2, 110#. Also the color is green, not at all aqua.”

“Shipping has been an issue with Pactimo. USPS is horrible in general (not your fault) but not getting updates on delivery issues is bad. You didn't know there were issues until I told you. Getting a replacement order sent out took too long and again I had to facilitate the process and that should be your job. Material fits well and what I expected.”

“I purchased my 1st pair of bibs from pactimo, the fabric and fit is good BUT the mesh is not holding up. After 3 rides I have a small hole in the front strap in the mesh. Very disappointed in this as I was told by friends that these bibs are their favorite. I am 5’3”, 145 lbs. I love their base layers.”

“They have some good ideas - like pass throughs on the backs of some vests/jackets. The sizing is inconsistent, certain items run small, and some items have awkward cuts (maybe pattern grading error when creating larger sizes from the model size). Don’t love the fabric choices, some items feel like there’s poster board interfacing while others feel flimsy.”
