“Pactimo product I used so far is great and experience with the company also great. The size chart seemed a little off to me but the return process was easy and I didn't have to wait for them to receive the incorrect size in order to ship out the new ones. When I first bought the shorts the website advertized 20% off if you sign up for email and sms so I did that but the code was only 10%. I messaged pactimo on a friday night and monday morning they sent me a 20% off invoice for the bibs along with an apology on the website issue. The next week there was a 40% off sale and I hadn't even received the bibs yet so I messaged Pactimo again and they gave me a coupon for the 20% difference, no questions or hassles.”

“Pactimo is a great customer oriented company from my recent interactions. They have designed some great products that show perfect crafsmanship. the fabric is high teck and they use the good chamois padding by Elastic Interface® Endurance Anatomic Super Air Chamois. I am glad I found this company on line and with in stock items.”

“I bought the 12 hour bib shorts, and based on the size guide I'd say I was a medium (180cm, 173kg), though when it arrived it was way to small. The customer care team were amazing, received my original pair and swapped it for a large no issues. Seems really good quality and looking forward to my.first rode on them today!”

“Was very happy with the service provided having to return items incorrectly ordered. As to the product, really like the quality, fit and general craftmanship of the cargo bibs ordered as well as the jersey. Time will tell if how well they hold up but for now very happy with the purchases.”
