Hi Reuven, Thank you for your review. When you purchased your PainPod it should have come with a User Manual which describes what each mode is to be used for and it should have come with a Pad Placement Chart which shows the best places to put the pads. I can email you a copy of both of these if you want. I would be more than happy to give you a call and see if we can help you out a bit more to get the most out of the PainPod.

Thank you for your review and we're pleased to hear your PainPod is helping you manage your Knee Pain. In regards to pads there are a number of different factors that will effect how long their stickiness will last, including storage, climate and skin type. The dryer weather can cause the gel to dry out faster so we recommend adding a couple of drops of water prior to storage after use.
If you find they aren't sticking as well after a short period of time, we recommend trying the Conductor Gel - it will help them last a bit longer and also rehydrate the pads at the same time.

“Recently I the 'EconoPADS' but the sticky gel came off one of them. Consequently, I had to then order the Premium PADS. It is a pity the gel did not last as long as expected.”
