“I am disappointed that I have had my p pod for some 12 years and never knew that it was also an ems machine as well until recently, and what the ems modes are.
I never see pp praise or promote this side of the machine which is a pity.
PainPod doesnot mention thisthat I can see in their literature. Is it quite possible therefore, that I have been using the wrong modes fir the wrong treatment.!!!!”
Hi John, thank you for your review. We do have quite a bit about EMS on our website, so I guess it's never too late learn more about your PainPod. We do recommend to cycle through all of the modes just so you can keep the sensations feeling new and fresh.
“We purchased the socks and conductor. We applied the conductor to the foot and leg area and fitted the sock and a pad. After a few minutes some sensations were felt and after a few seconds stopped. We removed the sock and applied more conductor and refitted the sock. A Sensation was felt for a little longer this time then ceased and no more sensations were felt. Please advise how we can get this product working as needed.”

Thank you for your review. We will give you a call to troubleshoot with you to make sure the products are working as they should, but I would suggest you may need to use more of the spray underneath the sock. As the weather is much dryer at this time of the year it may just been that there need to be more conductive fluid used to be able to feel the sensations clearly.
“Was a bit disappointed I was not advised of the EOFY sale when purchasing my Pain Pod 2 and when I mentioned this on Facebook I was advised I had been given a discount ( which says if I sign up which I did I would get 10% discount which I did) but looking at your email sales I could have bought it for $50 cheaper - I was also advised i received a free bottle of perfect conductor - if you add up what I paid and what your EOFY sales are I would have got it cheaper - all good as I love the product it just a bit disappointing that I was advised what I think was the wrong information - if I was advised at time of sale I probably would have bought the more expensive device.”
Hi Gary, Thank you for your reviews. I am really so sorry I didn't mention we had an EOFY sale that was coming up. I was so flat out when you arrived that it just slipped my mind. We will endeavour to have more signage up in our office the week leading up to it next year so I can't forget about it.

I've checked your order and can see you received a substantial product discount through a marketing promotion offered by our resellers that is specifically for online orders and the fact that there would be P&H costs to claim the promotion were very clear in the terms and conditions on the discount card you would have received. You are more than welcome to make general purchases in store to avoid shipping costs.
