“Really love PWD. They have really good quality canvases that are very sticky. Sometimes the diamonds are not all the same shape though and imperfect. You can email the company for replacements however. Shipping does take a while, so be patient. It’s worth it. I just completed a 60x80 painting and it’s beautiful!”
“Paint With Diamonds has provided me many hours of quiet, relaxing, creativity in the form of diamond painting. Their canvases are good quality, with easy-to-read symbols. Customer service has been exceptional. I had one instance of a missing toolkit with one of my kits, and they shipped it to me in a timely manner. Price is competitive with other companies. Packing could be better, as they sometimes pack more than one kit in a box, and storage of kits becomes problematic when you don’t have a box for each kit. Also the boxes have been damaged on several occasions but I have been lucky and my canvases and drill packs have all been intact. Overall I would highly recommend Paint With Diamonds for your diamond painting needs.”

Took me year to get back to it and almost finish it when I realized they didn't give me enough of 1 color. Contacted them asking for more. They not only sent me the extras a need, but 10 whole little packages of them! I have tons of extra dark blue now!

“I have had to initiate legal proceedings against this company as I ordered a package on December 25 and it is now March 11 and there is no sign of my package! I have emailed them 4 times regarding this issue and have been told ad nauseum that they would update me. I FINALLY got an update, but only after numerous threats of legal action. They have "escalated" the matter to their shipping department (allegedly) and will - you guessed it - "update me" on the status of the escalation. Well, that was 3 days ago and I have heard NOTHING!! I ordered this for my daughter's birthday, which is on March 13 (in 2 days) and now I have nothing for her. How naive of me to believe that, by ordering it in DECEMBER, it would NOT be here by March! It wasn't cheap, either - $92 Canadian. Tried calling their "customer service" line and it said the number was not in service.”
