“Was told the items would arrive after 30 days at the most. I have now been waiting nearly 2 months and the company have blocked me from being able to message them and write on their Facebook page. They have also been deleting all bad comments from customers on their Facebook page. Shocking company. I will be taking it further.”

“This is my second review. I think is a scam. They took my money and said they shipped it In early April. It is now May 23. No movement on the tracking since May 15. No response since May 8 from their company and have sent several emails. I doubt I’ll get my money back and I doubt I’ll get this shipment.”

I have emailed them every day for over a week and called the number on the website, which is forwarded to voice mail. They could AT LEAST respond! Hope I either get the kit or my money back, will NEVER use again!”
“I also ordered several kits and still have not received them. I also contacted them numerous time with no response. They tell you to go to Shop to track your order, there is nothing to track. I used PayPal so have created a case with them and still no response. I escalated the case and they will have to respond or my money will be refunded. “Great quality product and relaxing to do. I have ordered 6 custom canvases so far and plan on ordering more in the future. Shipping for custom orders takes about 6-8 weeks from time of order until the time you recieve them though, so know you will need to wait.”

Order. I emailed customer services about 4 times to ask to cancel my order. I got nothing back, it is not the end of May I haven’t received my order or heard anything at all to confirm it. I would not use this company I think they just keep your money and don’t send the product then ignore you! Disgusting!”
